The sound is fantastic! Great price for the quality. It does bounce a bit due to the base. And because of that it doesn't really stay up vertically. The corners are rounded and not flat, so that makes it harder to stand up vertically. But if you lean it against the wall it stays. It's meant to lay flat down horizontally. It has bumpers on the bottom, so that when you lay it that way it doesn't bounce around. The battery lasts really long! Hours and hours. I don't turn on those extra fun lights, which is probably why it lasts so long. I haven't tested it arounf sand or water. But I'm really happy with this purchase.

I'm not an audiophile that is super picky about a ~$30 speaker, but the treble on this is *not* "crisp" as described in the listing at all. Mine has an annoying tinny/scratchy sound that I had to mess with the EQ within my music app (high bitrate quality) to tame by lowering the treble frequency's right of center down some) to sound decent. But that's OK, just being honest, it was a one-time adjustment to each of my music apps and I'm still getting a 2nd one to play in stereo pairing mode. Love how they float in water and can be fully submerged, which it won't since they float, but mine started with speakers straight up but ended up rotating after just a few minutes and seems like it got water-logged temporarily. Between these 2 relatively minor annoyances, I'm taking one-star off, but these are fun little speakers to have for the money still.

High quality I want 3 more to my house , I'm really surprised because is super , is not a expensive. When you touch the speaker you will feel the quality, is made it under the best techniques, years ago the same speaker was so expensive but now is unexpensive .

This was a birthday gift for my younger boomer mom (born in 1964). I haven't heard what it sounds like but she loves it and says it sounds good and she loves the lights. She was able to set it up all on her own, without the help of her millennial daughter.

I loved the product sounds pretty good, it's not the loudest or has the best base but it's still produces good sound quality. Only thing I didn't like is that the battery doesn't seem to last too long, I usually take it to work and turn it on and leave all the lights off and it will last maybe 6-8 hours. I usually get the low battery notification when it's at 10 percent and it'll last maybe another hour. Other than that the speaker is pretty good at the price point it's at.
