The media could not be loaded. Do not even FATHOM pressing that order button. Dude, I got this thing because I didn’t feel like buying an entire like, actual AC unit, and because it was on sale. The other reviews may say this thing is good but it is NOT!! This thing breaks or does something bad if you even LOOK at it wrong, and the instructions actually look like they were typed out by Helen Keller. There’s SOOOOOO many grammatical errors. The instructions tell you to wet the filter and fill the bottom of the unit with water until it reaches a certain mark, but when you do that, it leaks water EVERYWHERE!! Look, I know it’s hot in the DMV right now but stack your cash and buy an actual AC unit because this thing sucks, it never even cooled my room off either. And I had it on for HOURS ... show more

Smaller than what I thought and I thought it was battery powered. However it packs a punch, it cools very well and very convenient for what I need it for.

Its nice looking and has a fan. Doesn't actually cool anything though not worth the money. Its small enough to sit on a desk not not very good for a car. Not very portable. Battery life non existent has to be plugged in to work.

This item is certainly okay. With the pad insert & water reservoir having been in the freezer, it will temporarily blow cold, but it's not powerful enough to cool a room, and not for long enough period of time to be a bedroom option as I'd hoped, nor do I find it particularly quiet. But I am happy with this purchase, because I stand right in front of it while cooking as my kitchen gets very hot in the summer. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I saw this as top rated and thought to try it out. When first opening it, I could tell it was a used product. There's black markings and dings/scratches on it. I wish it was actually new but it's okay. Cooling ability: Keeps me pretty cool. Not ice cold but enough to be able to sleep or relax Size: pretty small. I thought it was going to be a lot bigger Noise level: not as loud as the normal fan i have. Almost the same as the miniture facial fridges. Comfort: dont know how to rate this but its great lol. Fan speed: 3 levels, all amazing. Portable: Absolutely...ish. just make sure you have an outlet available. **Update** If my Dog could rate this, she would give this a pawsitive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I originally bought this last month (July 9th, 2025) to help cool me since my room is small and running a ps4 makes it unbearable. But after the first day of using it, my dog has claimed it as hers! Everywheres I move it, she follows. Anytime it auto turns off or turns off cause it ran out of water, she whines or barks for me to refill and turn back on. This was cheaper than the cooling pad I was going to buy. I was going to buy another for myself, this time, but I will keep looking. Trust me, it really is great but it's exhausting having to constantly refill every 3-4hrs and dont even get me started on not only having to make sure the filter is wet (cause mine already is 'burning?' anytime the the filter ends up dry after a couple hours) but it absolutely never lasts 6hrs on any of the settings. Yes it's cooling but it's not worth the hassle. Truthfully, Only reason I'm not changing the rating I gave is because of my dog lol. **Update 2** 08-06-2025 I'm highly disappointed. After using it for sometime and giving it moderate breaks in between use, the motor stopped working and started to smell like burning plastic. Does not work, period. Followed directions to a T, left running in small room for 5 hours, temp did not change 1 degree. Horrible.

    • Decent night stand AC
I have it on my nightstand next to my bed, and it has significantly helped cool me down at night. It works surprisingly well for the money, I just wish the ice/water tank was a bit bigger. It does not cool a whole room a ton, but it does blow cold air if you are in range.
