This evaporative cooler delivers on its promises - it has both evaporative cooling and regular fan options. The timer is a neat feature, but not essential in my opinion(I have tested it-the water tank will run out of water before the 2 hours mark way sooner). An important thing to consider before you buy is the climate you'll be using it in. Evaporative coolers, including this one, won't work well in high humidity areas. That said, during a recent heat wave with average humidity around 56%, it still provided some cooling relief if you were seated directly in front of it. While it won't replace an air conditioner, it can be quite effective in drier climates. One word of caution - I recommend placing a paper towel or rug under the cooler to catch some minor water leakage I noticed from the side seams.

This little guy is really cool haha. It's not for cooling a large room but it did help in my tiny kitchen during this insane heatwave. It's also great as a personal cooler. The mist is so fine I wasn't sure it was working. I even held my glasses up to it because I wasn't sure it was blowing anything though I could see the mist, it was working it just wasn't making any mess which was my original fear. It's lightweight and easy to move and the variety of light colors is just a cool added bonus. Definitely helpful especially if you are a person who tends to overheat!

This 2A fan is so powerful that a standard USB port cannot support it. Very impressive! I missed that it generates is definitely visible when you turn the light on and it is significantly cooling. This consistently draws between 1.31A and 1.58A of power. While this is in excess of the USB standard and so it won't work if powered by a laptop, it works just great with a phone charger so long as it can deliver more than one amp of power with the fan and the misting feature turned on. I'm testing it wearing a hoodie and I feel cold so that's pretty good! The louvers on the front are nice and direct the air effectively. It creates a sound that hurts my ears and scares my dog. I'm returning it for that and because if it's plugged into a computer it may very well damage the computer. It draws too much amperage.
