If I could give this product 0 stars I would. This is saying something because I usually never take the time to write a review. This product doesn’t cool anything down. The humidifier doesn’t work. It sounds like a good idea if it actually worked and does what an AC is supposed to do. The next day of having this product it just completely stopped working at all for no apparent reason. This is not an air conditioner! Mis labeled. It is a fan. The humidity feature does not even work. The water tray has sat full for three days. It’s so hot at my house, I feel like I can’t return it and am stuck.
