Window pipe pumps heat into room! Window adapter unless! Works well for dehumidifier. Might work better if exhaust pipe were insulated!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this product based on the features, style, and reviews. It's definitely quieter than the previous unit I bought so I'm extremely pleased with that. I also like how compact it is. For the amount of cold air it puts out I'm surprised the company was able to make such a small and stylish product. My other unit came with sleep mode but never worked. This unit works just fine. Setup was no problem. If I had to give feedback on any cons, it would be the lack of insulation for the window panel. I can always go to the hardware store, so this isn't a deal breaker in any way. Overall, I'm giving this portable air conditioner a 5-star...because it deserves it.

I got this AC unit at a perfect time just as the temperatures have been rising and I couldn't be happier! It cools really really well! It was super easy to install, just remove the packaging, attach the hose and connect it to the window and done. I think the design makes it looks really nice. I don't like the window units so I find this better since you can adjust where you want to place it. The noise level is tolerable and if you put it on sleep mode you can barely hear it. I can turn it on and off when I'm in a different room using the controller, maybe because I have thin walls but it works for me. The remote control is also small and easy to use. For the price I think it's worth it. I would recommend it!

I'am more than frustrated with this unit!! Right from the beginning the exhaust hose has been a big pain in the A**!! First it came out from the window and now from the back of the unit! It does not stay and is duct taped from both ends! I completely agree with Mariya's and Gail McEwen review! I had a 6,000 btu window unit in last year that did better than this! This thing needs to be returned but it is super heavy so I need to find someone to help me get it to a return location. When I found the hose out of course hot air blew in the room so my upstairs was 97 degrees! It's more trouble than its worth! I'll go back to my window unit! Not happy at all. A big regret!!

I’m shocked this is considered quiet. It does not come with a bucket to catch the water, I used the refrigerator drawer and 3 hours in it’s ready to be emptied, hopefully I remember to turn it off when I leave. Sure it cools whatever room you put it in, it blows straight out about waist high or down to the floor, I have three fans trying to spread it out through a one bedroom apartment, sure the living room ice cold hurray! If you move it around don’t forget to take the bucket and wow that hose from outside in gets so warm and radiates a lot of heat but I’m sure this quality is available at a much lower price tags and comes with something to seal the spaces it doesn’t fill in the window or even a bucket. In none of these pictures do I even see a bucket. Maybe it’s expected the noise and leaking and I’ll just accepts that’s what you get even if you choose the more expensive one. Now I know. Also you don’t really move it around if so expect a chore, more than strategically placing fans all over. Humidity I have no idea Cools the room it faces great Value for the money far far miss Durability probably low it’s already making rattling noises tiny they are Functionality oh is that what we pay for it’s no better than any others Power cord is on the left and it’s not that long (turns out my outlets are opposite side)
