Best $98 I ever spent. Why didn’t I buy this sooner? Setup was a breeze, no pun intended. I took it out of the box, put 2 pieces in place, filled the tank with water, threw (just one) ice pack in, turned it on, set it to cool, and it went to work. The effect was immediate and noticeable. And it is so quiet (on the lowest setting), like a small fan or white noise machine. I didn’t have to raise the volume on my TV, and my brain eventually tuned it out altogether. It’s quieter than my desktop fan; it’s that quiet. And the lowest setting was enough for me. I got under two light blankets with it on, but I also get cold easily. The middle setting is like a window AC unit on normal speed. And its highest setting is *very* nice. On the lowest setting, I love that it sips water. I’ve had it on for about 5 hours straight, and it’s over halfway full still. Also, I was worried that there would be condensation on the unit or water splashing on the floor. Nope! Both the unit and surrounding floor are bone dry. I love that it is SO small and light, even when it’s filled with water, and I love that it comes with casters, making it super easy to wheel around from room to room. I also love that I don’t have to put it near a window because there is no need for a vent tube or exhaust pipe, and even after 5 hours of continuous use, the unit itself is cool to the touch. You manually adjust the vents up and down, but the “swing” setting oscillates the vents left and right. The unit itself does not move or swivel, just the direction of the vents. I love that it comes with a remote control, too. It literally has 6 buttons: on/off, speed, swing, cool, timer+, and timer-, so it’s super easy to use. My only gripes so far are that the power cord could be a little longer, and it has a “beep” noise when you change settings that could be quieter. I also wish there was a place on the unit to store the remote, so I’ll just have to affix some Velcro instead. These gripes are not enough to knock a star off my rating, however. And, thankfully, the blue led indicator lights do turn off on their own after awhile, so they won’t disturb your sleep. I will put this little unit to the test this summer, so we’ll see how it does in the long haul. But at least for today, I am very pleased, and I really should have bought this sooner.

I picked up this portable ac for extra cooling in a room and have been pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. Setup was quick since there’s no window installation required. I just filed the tank, plugged it in, and it was ready to go. The airflow is strong and the 3 speed settings make it easy to adjust depending on the temperature and room size. I especially like the larger water tank because it runs for hours without needing constant refills. The timer feature is convenient for overnight use or while working in the office. It doesn’t cool exactly like a compressor-based air conditioner, but for dry weather it noticeably makes the room feel more comfortable while using less space and energy. It’s also quieter than expected and easy to move between rooms, the garage, or home office. Overall, a solid choice if you want portable cooling without dealing with hoses or window kits.

I ordered this cooler couple weeks ago. It works amazing. The setup is very simple as it comes already assembled. All you gotta do is pour water to the cooler and make it cool your room. The remote control is very easy and it also has buttons on the cooler incase your battery runs out. It is portable and makes it more easy use it where ever you would like to. It is an automatic cooler, you set the temperature and it will manage the temperature of the room as you like. The cooling power is super fast. It makes the room cool in just 15 to 20 minutes depending on your room size. 100% recommended. Absolutely, worth the Price.

AC works well for my office 9x20 ft. I converted porch into office, but had no ac. It was expensive to extend house ac. This portable ac is my life saver. Great value for the money. It has wheels, just fan mode (nice!), timer, and most important ac cooling mode!!! It is easy concept, I fill unit with water, regular tap water, I put inside 2 ice packs and cold air comes out! 3 speeds. Unit comes with 4 ice packs, so you can use 2 and keep 2 in the freezer and switch when needed. I like the simplicity of this portable ac, and it works well, I honestly never even used the high speed 3, cold enough at 1-2.

It is compact and it holds a good amount of water for its size but the fan doesn’t really oscillate well and the cooling aspect is not perceptible. It is being used in a small bedroom that already has central air but needs a boost as the afternoon sun hits it and the heat holds on. It has been unusually hot the reason I haven’t returned it. I’m waiting for normal temperatures to return to see if the cooling performance improves
