It’s surprisingly powerful for its size and does a fantastic job at maintaining a consistent, refreshing temperature—especially in rooms that tend to get hot and stuffy. Delivery was quick. Instructions were vague but once put together worked great. It helps cool off the room and I like the sleep mode for energy efficiency. It’s also pretty quiet and I’ve used the fan and ac features with both working well. I haven’t used the dehumidifier option yet but it’s a nice additional feature to have. Overall functions great for a portable AC unit.

So far so cold! I have used it for a couple days now, as others have said, it comes really well packaged and it is really easy to set it all up. Every mode on it works, and I love that it comes with a remote. I have no issues so far, I think that it was definitely worth the price. We have had a few hot weeks so far this summer in Washington state, and this air conditioner keeps my room nice and cold. I put it in the living room during the daytime, and at night time if my room is too hot, I can easily wheel it to my bedroom and it takes less than two minutes to get it going and cool the whole room down in less than 10 minutes so I can go to bed nice and comfortable even when it’s 85 outside. Great investment, I will update the review as the summer goes on. :)

It's built well, nice features, I had cold 55F air blowing out. works very well. it is not quiet by any means. i use it in a corner of the house that is rarely occupied to just help keep the overall temperature down on super hot days. by nature portable a/c's are loud , so be wary if you are looking for something quiet to use where you sleep or hang out.

We own a 29ft RV with 26 ft cabin area. We are where temps can reach 120 in the summer. Just the other day we were at 118 and this helped keep our RV at 87 degrees inside. It’s very quiet. It’s easy to move. The dehumidifier works well with minimal water leakage if you pay attention and read the manual. It fits nicely between our bed and the wall and we haven’t noticed a significant change in our electric bill. Overall very grateful for this purchase!

I bought this after reading reviews and researching the company. It seems they make a quality product. Upon receiving, installing, and operating the unit that I would have to agree. Setup was a breeze with no hiccups. It definitely chills my bedroom down which is what I wanted. Loft bedroom where all of the heat from the house rises up and cooks the room during the day. Upon installation I can easily take the room from 95F to 70F in a very short time. It's quiet, perhaps too quiet for me. I was hoping for a little more white noise to help me sleep but most would prefer how quiet it is. For me it was easily the best bang for my buck.

Received this AC unit just in time for the summer. It cools my one bedroom apartment Pros: portable with wheels, very good air quality, no more dry eyes, throat or nasal passages. Cools bedroom in short amount of time. Cons: exhaust hose not stable enough, easily detaches with the slightest movement. Gaps around exhaust hose leading out the window, you will need to duck tape to prevent outside air leaks and insects. I have a vertical slide window and there are gaps that need to be tape. The company upgraded the unit but they seriously need to upgrade the exhaust hose to fit more snug at both ends. Every time I made an adjustment to the hose it kept popping out at both ends, that was a struggle for me. Other than the unit works perfectly fine. Second photo shows gap in vertical window. I gave it four stars because of hose as state above in my comment.
