I should have bought this years ago. This cools down our living room so well that I sometimes have to turn it off late afternoon. It’s a little loud, only because I have it on high all the time when needed. Install was a breeze, but it would be nice to have a slightly more flexible exhaust tube. Very Mobil with the sides having spots to pickup very easily with your hands. Not lightweight, but also not too heavy. Love the remote and the different functions it has are great. Fan, dehumidifier, oscillating option are perfect. I use the timer often and that’s what makes it perfect for the size of the room I have it in.

Came with box destroyed and taped with a roll of tape. Sent a used unit that the housing was broken. Does not cool, seemed to be missing parts. DO NOT BUY…..

Easy to maneuver, window accessories fit well. Relatively quiet, seems powerful. Only issue has been deciphering the meager operating instructions; in a/c mode, it never seems to go off when it reaches temp. A better manual would be appreciated.

You can tell the owners manual wasn't written by an American English speaking person. Many of the instructions are not clear. Although the unit works fine.

its in the 90s and i ordered this ac unit its HOT and i open this ac unit just can not wait to feel COOL and IT DOES NOT WORK brand new and the coldest air coming out of it was 77.7 to 78.2 NOT SO COLD NOT EVEN COOL 77.7
