Great little portable A/C, it won't cool a huge room but for an office or bedroom this is the perfect option for both price and convenience. I don't use the app, and don't think I will. I don't see what benefits the app could offer besides a sleep timer? Which it has built in. The Remote and basic functions on the unit are easy enough to use. It came quick and in great condition no dings or scratches. It's a heavy little unit though so be careful lifting it. I used a dolly in bring it into the house And put in my office. I tested it at 70F, on high fan setting and it cooled my office in about 10 minutes. I 100% recommended if your looking to cool an office space, bedroom, or a smaller sized room for the upcoming hot summer. Oh and the instructions address an issue of ice building up and blocking air flow and to turn it up if that's happening. So this little thing can get some pretty cold air pumping. Only con I can offer, is that it is a little noisey, but that doesn't really bother me cause I'll take the noise and cool air over a hot mugging office quite office.

So far so good! The Midwest summer temps haven’t hit yet but this will def keep my 700 sq ft apartment cool all summer long. The installation was so easy and way better than my window AC installation. No back pain! I have it located in my bedroom and it circulated throughout my apartment well (just have fans to help circulate). I can’t seem to get the WiFi connected to my phone app. I tried a few times and gave up. The ‘auto’ option is great too! I am used to the noise of a city so an AC unit noise doesn’t bother me. Sleeping cool is my number one priority in summer!

Okay so, we put off buying an air conditioner for awhile but, let me tell you it’s been amazing and cool in my bedroom. I love that there is an app you can use as well as remote. It’s soft sounding like a fan and so easy to install took me 5 minutes. No too big either about the same size as my air purifier. Buy it you’ll be in love… best thing I bought this year.

Heyy, so I been living in my basement apartment for a little over 2 years with a fan, and honestly this AC changed the game immensely!! It was easy to install, I did it myself (23yo F) under 40 minutes.. My window is smaller than the panel that is sent out so I cut it down to fit the window, THEN places the fluff/stuffing in the corners around said panel so no air escapes! I didn’t read the manual and it appears I didn’t receive the exact same one as everyone else who reviewed it, but I say that to say I didn’t let it sit for a few hours before powering it on. I turned it right on after setting up and have zero issues so far (day 2) I’ll update this review if anything changes. The only thing is it doesn’t come with a collection plate for the water, and I do get water from both top and bottom ports. But it’s enough to fill a red solo cup!! I also run it on high through the day whether I’m home or not. Today I had to drain it twice, but it’s no hassle. Also the vent wasn’t long enough FOR ME and my window situation, so I stacked it on the styrofoam that it came from until I get a stand for it.

**(Ignore the excess foam in the photos - we haven't trimmed it yet) This air-conditioner unit is a game-changer for our upstairs rooms that are always saunas despite our central AC in the summer. Because of allergies, we cannot always open the windows - so this little unit is perfect. I was so excited to find it and that it fit a window that opens from left to right (instead of up and down), as that has been a challenge to find. It took minutes to set up and run (oops -- was I supposed to let it sit before turning it on -- oh well) - and I was actually cold in minutes in the room! We haven't fully fit the foam in (I was too excited to test it out) and we will need to make a little bar to go across the window (like a sliding glass door) to keep it fully pressed up against the foam so the seal is good (and as a security measure) -- but that is easy enough to do. Otherwise I am super impressed with it! PROS: ✅Amazingly Powerful - This turned on and worked immediately. The air was ice cold (setting at 66 to test), and within minutes we could feel it all around the bedroom. It was heavenly! On auto I could actually sense when it would shift to "maintenance" mode and then I would feel an icy blast when it clicked back on again. The amount of air it moves is unbelievable -- if you are over the outflow, it feels like you are in a wind tunnel. It has no issue circulating the air in the room. ✅It fits a vertical or horizontal window easily and comes with sliding extensions, so even large windows work. It came with adhesive strips and foam to create a seal between the vent and the window, so no need to go get that at the hardware store. It's all included. ✅So many features - The remote has added features beyond the control panel on the machine. You can change temp, fan speed, sleep mode, cool/fan/dry modes... you can even have it on auto and have it monitor temp at the machine itself or wherever the remote is ("follow me mode"). ✅The air vent can remain stationary, or you can set it to "wave" so that the air moves over a broader area. CONS: I can't really say that these are issues, just worth noting -- and for us they certainly don't out-weight the immense value and effectiveness this unit offers. ◼ The unit itself isn't that large (and it is easy to move around on the already attached wheels); however, when you put the vent tube on and ensure it doesn't have a lot of kinks in it, it takes up a bit of room. ◼ The unit itself is pretty quiet, but because it blasts so much air, if you are close to it the wind is actually loud. I have it set up next to a desk and we might need to play with that a bit because not sure my kiddo is going to like it blowing in his ear with a loud wind while he is on the computer. We shall see though, and again it might be the trade-off to having a cool, comfortable room. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this unit. It is amazingly effective and powerful and the fact that it fits our window makes it a winner for us!
