If nobody told me this was a renewed or last year’s model, I would never know. Everything feels smooth, fast, and high quality. I do already own the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, so I might be a little biased toward Samsung foldables, but in my opinion the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 is still the best folding phone on the market right now. Pristine. My current phone is a Galaxy S9, it's year 2025 and with pending tariffs, and an outdated camera that has ruined many vacation photos (not to mention dropping the phone in Santorini where it slided down tens of steps), I decided to upgrade. I don't believe in buying full price and I've had great experiences with renewed products. It was delivered to me by FedEx requiring signature. The FedEx delivery driver came to my door, knocked very gently and patiently waited until I could get decent to open the door. Then because I was putting on the screen protectors, I ended up inspecting the phone very carefully and because the Flip is a foldable phone, running the phone to explore the Cover Screen features. The condition is pristine, not a single scratch and the phone runs beautifully. I'm sure my amazement is partially from jumping from an S9 to a Z Flip 6 and not 100% contributable to the seller, however I'm very happy. One thing I want customers to be aware of the phone, and this is not about the seller, I didn't expect the thickness it is once it's folded. As a woman, when I put my S9 in my suit pant pocket, it hinders movement. Also, I'm a motorcycle rider and a slab phone in women's jeans front pockets (they are shallower than men's) is a pain in my butt and my thighs actually push the slab phone out of my front pocket. The big selling point for me for the Flip was the compactness, so the thickness really threw me off. Especially because I thought I'd be able to use Google Maps on the cover screen with my motorcycle mount and car mount but I realize that that is not an option because it's so thick. Nevertheless, the camera is a big jump from my S9 and I plan to keep it. I read on Reddit that even in 3 digit speeds, the phone stays open on a motorcycle so I'll find ways to use it on my motorcycle. ... show more

I was really looking forward to this phone, but the one I received had a hardware defect that meant the sensor in the phone was unable to register when it was closed (the screen was always on, and the front facing screen couldn't work either). I had to ship it back on the first day, for a refund. Thankfully, that process was fine, but I am disappointed that this sort of thing was shipped in this state in the first place. I was also a bit disappointed with the exterior quality of the phone. The one that arrived had some pretty obvious signs of wear and tear, and while this would likely just be covered by a case 100% of the time, it really showed me that the previous owner wasn't particularly gentle with it, and the company refurbishing it didn't do their due-diligence when it came to making sure everything was working. ... show more

Really awesome phone for a great price. The phone arrived in pretty much mint condition, not a scratch anywhere. Activated on First Net (AT&T) without issue. The Z-flip is snappy and fast, the battery lasts for about 3 days with my light to moderate use, and it's nice to have a phone that fits in your pocket. The outer display lets you make and answer calls, texts and some apps even run on it, so you never have to open it up if you don't want to. I did invest in an Otterbox case and a small holster, it's like 2005 all over again with a flip phone that becomes a full sized phone! No problem updating to Android 16/OneUi 8 and according to Samsung, 7 years of updates for the Z Flip 6 so for under $400 one gets a phone that will last for a few years and get updates. Great phone no problems at all had it since April and its the best phone in my eyes, I went from samsung s22 ultra to this and I prefer this over the ultra because of how compact it is. The Phone pretty much arrived new it had a tiny mark on it nothing to obvious I 100% recommend this seller

So far this phone is working great. Delivery was on time. Product in excellent condition as described. The price point was great. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks or months. I hope it remains the same. I will update if anything changes. So far with current info I Def recommend this seller. Update, I've had this phone for a couple of days. While the visible part of phone is as described. The phone continues stating it needs an update, after updating several times I believe is a glitch with the phone. So reading up on it it states that I may have to connect to a laptop and try doing it that way. Im not tech savvy. So we will see. But other than that I was able to transfer my info from my other phone that has a bad inner screen. Since I didn't want to pay 1200 for another phone and didn't want a contract or a locked phone I guess for now this will do. I just hope it doesn't dies in a couple of months. ... show more

Had the phone for a little less than a month, from the start it would refuse to register any network unless I restarted the phone constantly. Or would have to turn off the location and airplane mode everytime I left a wifi location. Highly annoying. What prompted me to return the phone was that it's screen finally decided to do what most of the negative reviews spoke of, it pixelated out at first. Then it just started to black screen anytime I would open it, it would unlock but remain black I would lock it repeatedly, it took about 5-7 attempts of locking and unlocking until the screen would fully light up and show me any light. It wad a miracle I was able to factory reset it before I sent it back to its seller. For anyone wanting this phone I would highly and I mean HIGHLY debat it. Go for a brand new phone save up for it refurbished is not the route if you want to save the hassle. ... show more
