Dealing with the summer on Puerto Rico can be hectic, I was searching for a portable Ac cause I live in apartments. Found so many options, But as always "out of stock" when you buy to Puerto Rico lol. Untill I found this one, I was skeptical at first but after I went and bought it for my gaming room, and surprisingly it gets the job done and for that price at that, its compact but good. As for the sound I don't mind it's an AC so of course will make sound, I read it has like a silent mode I haven't tried that yet but I'm overall happy with the purchase. Definitely recommending for summers 👍🏾.

I have tried a couple of more portable ACs bought in major retail stores, but this one, by GINOST, is far the best! First of all, it was easy to unpack and setup - it is basically a plug and play solution that comes with all hardware and will fit any window size. I didn’t have any struggles but the guidance on how to do everything is also included. Overall, it took me about 10 mins to get everything running. Then by look, it is a very compact one if compared to most available on the marker; however, much more efficient that I have seen. My living room is 550 sq ft and while this AC and it took about 10 min to get the temp down from 75 to low 60s. There is nothing like this I have ever seen before by other brands. Moreover, my central AC don’t look that much of efficient now in comparison with this product. Another bonus is that it is not just an AC but also a dehumidifier and it is indeed working amazingly. Last but not least is it can be quite, I move it to my bedroom from time to time and all you can hear in sleep mode is a whisper. Summer time is coming and from the guy who has lived with ACs all his life - I highly recommend purchasing this one if you like it quick, easy and efficient. This is my best purchase this year so far and for the price paid, you CANNOT beat the value here!!

Living in California, summer is no joke. My husband and I decided to get a portable AC ahead of time so we dont have to suffer when the heat actually gets here, and I am SO glad we did. Setup was relatively easy, took us about 10 minutes, and that was only because our window was a little weird so we had to play around with some cardboard and tape to get everything all set up. Air flow is great, and you can feel the difference RIGHT AWAY once you turn it on. The timer is nice since at night we just leave it for 3 hours when we go to bed and have our other normal fan that circulates that cool air for the rest of the night. Super happy with the purchase!

In an apartment with no air conditioning and 10 foot high windows I couldn’t put curtains in, I roasted last summer/autumn with 85 degree highs. It was so miserable and as a senior I couldn’t face another summer of the same. I’m on a fixed income and the price and the reviews of this appliance gave me a reason to try it. I don’t remember seeing anything like this last summer. It was fairly easy to assemble the hose and connections but I did struggle somewhat extending the hose due to lack of hand strength. It moves easily, has good features for speed, noise and cooling ability. It’s so nice to have cool air when it gets above 78 degrees. I also got an extended warranty plan for safety in case anything goes wrong in future.

This portable AC is the perfect companion for camping with our Jayco 174 trailer. The built-in ceiling AC is incredibly loud—we couldn’t sleep with it running at night. Our workaround was opening all the windows or placing small fans near each bed, but that wasn’t ideal. Now, with this portable AC, it’s a game changer. It’s quiet, compact, and super easy to set up in the Jayco window. You do need to remove the screen, but that’s no trouble at all. We’ve got several camping trips planned this summer, and we’re finally looking forward to cool, quiet nights of sleep. Highly recommend this product—take it with you and enjoy comfort on the go!

This looked used the moment I took it out of the box. There was moisture coming out the bottom. The top had scratches all over it and the low speed fan button wouldn't work. I hooked it up and in the dehumidifier mode, it wouldn't drain any water out of the top spout where the hose connects to and then it would turn off in 10 to 15 mins and the full water light would come on. I would try to drain it from the bottom drain spout and maybe a pints worth of water would come out. It did this repeatedly. I sent it back.

This actually works! I have a central AC but upstairs always gets so hot. So I decided to get a portable ac after much thought. Why I didn’t buy this sooner I don’t know! I have only just been using this for like 2 weeks so I want to see how much will my electric bill would be. It’s portable. Just the right size for my bedroom. Noise it can be loud at times but I don’t mind it. It’s tolerable. It cools my room fast. It’s inexpensive compared to others that I looked at. It was easy to set-up. My only problem was the window vent that came with it was so flimsy and didn’t fit well. So I bought another set at Amazon and now it worked! I also bought some insulation to wrap around the hose that I saw one reviewer suggested. Functionality good! Power is good! Haven’t tried the dehumidifier setting yet. Overall a good buy!!
