It’s not too noisy and is very easy to install. It includes all parts, including the screws needed for the exhaust hose. What I am very satisfied with is the window seal. The office is the hottest room in the house, always about 3-5 degrees warmer than outside. At 94°F outside, it maintains my office at a comfortable 65-68°F. The device cools well and is not too loud. I don’t feel its running sound when I’m working. It’s ideal for small to medium-sized rooms. The installation is straightforward and takes about 5 minutes. First, install the window bracket and hose. Then, connect the device’s exhaust hose and the smaller evaporation hose at the bottom to drain the water.
