I bought this cooler as a substitute for my old evap. roof cooler which is beyond repair. This one works much better than I expected and keeps my living room and kitchen in the mid 70's range when the outside temps are in the 90's. Keep in mind that this type of cooler works best when the humidity is low. Right now our outside humidity is 15 %. If you live in above 30% humidity this unit will be just a fan rather than a cooler. ... show more
