I bought this last year to work on my niece's bathtub drain. But did not use it because she was afraid it would break the pipes. This year she had the same problem and I used it without asking. It was great! After sweating many times with a manual 25' chain I love this.

Poweful and flexible unit even pushes out and pulls back the cable. Has some weird lock mechanism toward the front that is VERY poorly described in the manual. Might want to buy an extra battery for the unit.

Well I ended up ordering 2 by mistake but I'm returning one lol but the one I'm keeping cleared my clogged tub I'm a matter of minutes ty excellent product lightweight but strong and sturdy gets the job done 5 🌟

Terrible. By "auto" feed they mean. They provide non-waterproof gloves and you yank the loudly protesting cable out of the housing and use your hand to thread it down the toilet and wiggle it around . The manual is very badly translated English which means a lot of guessing what they actually mean. It got the clog out, but since it's being sold as a drain cleaner I expected the metal to be coated in some way. I was desperate because I have been plunging the toilet every time someone uses it and so I used this piece of junk anyway. It also does not retract so you have to feed the cable back in by hand. I should have just used the auger I have for my gutters since it's basically the same thing, but my gutter auger actually auto feeds. I would not hook this up to a drill. It's so poorly and inaccurately documented that I don't trust it to not break and possibly blind me or remove my hand. I'd return it but I already stuck it in clogged toilet with poop in it. And yes I got the clog out (a kid flushed a marker) but I also got poop water on my hands because the gloves are not waterproof. 😂 I would have worn the millions of pairs of disposable gloves if I had known. Do not buy. It's bad.

It's not terrible but one major flaw is that there is no way to maintain pressure against a clog or p trap while letting it spin in place. If you unlock it it will backfeed back into the coil under the slightest pressure. If you lock it it's going to get twisted in the drain or push more cable out towards you. Sometimes you need to be able to really push against something while it spins in place and you just can't do that with this.
