This was the cutest option in pink that I could find on Amazon, which is why I purchased it. I've never had a collapsible bin before, so I'm not sure what constitutes as a "well made" one. It looks exactly as shown in the listing. Mine is quite stiff and does not collapse smoothly. Most of the time I have to guide the corners back in with my hand, or use a bit of force, to get it to flatten. It has a faint rubber smell that I've yet to be able to get rid of, but it doesn't bother me much. I appreciate that it's stiff, because doesn't that mean it'll last longer? Lol. I've had it for 2 months and so far so good. I use it for laundry, and only to collect clothes from the dryer. So far its held up quite nicely. Last reason why I'm rating this 5 stars instead of 4 is because of the customer service. The company is courteous, responsive and stands by their products. I bought this basket a few months ago and held off writing a review until I could see how it holds up. Overall it’s a great basket! I do laundry 2-3 times a week and all the folding seams of the silicone have held up, so I haven’t had any issues with the basket breaking or tearing. I gave 4 stars because collapsing the basket is a bit of a process. I found that to collapse it so that all the folds fit correctly, I do one corner of the basket at a time and go from the bottom up. I don’t mind doing it this way but someone with limitations may have trouble using the basket so that it collapses completely. In this regard I docked a star for accessibility. Otherwise a great basket! It fits right between my washer and dryer for easy storage. Pros: - Fits between washer and dryer for storage - Holds a full load of laundry Cons: - Collapsing takes a bit of time and requires two hands; the basket doesn’t just squish together ... show more

Perfect fit under my dryer door. I had a problem with the laundry basket I was using. I couldn't open the dryer door without hitting the laundry basket. But with this new one it fits perfectly under it. Plus, you can collapse to a shorter height if you need to. I like the many holes in it so the laundry clothes can air out and not get musty smelling. It doesn't properly pop up, the corners are bent. I tried many ways to remedy it to no avail. It still works, it is just not as it should be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, especially for the price of the product.
