I purchased the E0C07 as an upgrade to my Poolin E0C05 machine that I have had since May of 2024. I started out as someone who had never even seen an embroidery machine wanting to embroider as a hobby to recently retiring and having a lot of fun embroidering full time. So my machine is running an average of 8 + hours per day. I have had the EOCO7 set up and running since 2-3-26. As you can see by the picture, I have given this machine a work out, with putting almost 1.5 million stitches on it and just shy of 90 hours of running time in 10 days. I have completed several t-shirts and sweatshirts, baby Bibs, custom terry cloth adult bibs and multiple custom patches for hats, along with some In the hoop projects. The machine has stitched great and smooth with every project. When I purchased my EOC05 there were not many reviews available and the company was very new. The quality of that machine and the after sales support I have experienced since that original purchase has instilled my confidence in the Poolin Brand (so much so that I also now own 2 of their sewing machines). The support from the Poolin team to answer questions and provide assistance when things are just not running right is top notch and is the best service I have ever received with any other item I have ever purchased, even when the issue is operator error. The Facebook group dedicated to the Poolin machines also is a great resource for design ideas and support when things may not be working out as planned/hoped. All of the information on accessing support is included in the paperwork with the machine. This machine comes with everything that you need to do basic projects - right out of the box. You only need to supply the fabric or item to stitch on. Machine embroidery does have several steps to learn, so a healthy dose of patience is also needed. (I learned that when I got my EOCO5 which made adjusting to this upgrade much easier) The machine comes with a 6 pack of 800 meter thread, in basic colors, multiple replacement needles, a pack of cut away stabilizer made by the parent company Richword. A nice hard sided tool kit that has all the tools needed to maintain the machine (which is great for me as I am really bad about misplacing my machine tools!), an extra bobbin case, bobbin cover, a pack of 25 colored prewound bobbins, tweezers, and scissors, a 3 spool thread stand, extra stand alone expansion table to support the larger hoops and a cover to keep it nice and clean. It also comes with a user manual, handy needle guide and stabilizer guide to help make sure you have the right supplies to complete your projects. There are some translation errors in the manual after contacting support they have advised that they are working to correct those errors. The display screen is large and easy to navigate. There are multiple designs provided on the machine as well as some basic fonts to do simple text designs. Importing purchased designs or designs that you create yourself can be easily done through WIFI using the institch.com site or through using a USB (one is even included with the machine). Simple/basic designs can be created on the machine; however more complex designs are better created in a software program. The machine works with any software program that has the ability to export design files in DST/DSB format to transfer to the machine. Poolin does offer a basic web based software program to create designs for the machine. This program was developed and released after I was already established and knew how to use my current software so I have not used it. I am most excited about the large hoops sizes that are included with the EOCO7. It includes 2 5x5 hoops, a 7.9x7.9 hoop and a huge 7.9x15 hoop. This is a massive size upgrade from my largest hoop on the EOCO5 being 4x9.25 and is one of the biggest reasons for me upgrading. I ordered magnetic hoops that were compatible with the EOCO6 machine as the initial information that was released about this machine is that it is similar to the EOCO6. However the magnetic frames that I ordered do not work due to the changes made in the embroidery hoop attachment to accommodate the 7.9x15 hoop. So that was disappointing! This machine does require you to be very precise with your threading and will throw errors if it is not threaded correctly. Once you are use to threading it, it threads quickly and easily. It does require additional purchases of additional types of stabilizers to ensure successful completion of various projects and additional threads if you want more than the 6 basic colors it comes with. This machine is very large in size and does require about a 3 1/2 foot clearance around the stitch area of the machine when using the 7.9x15 hoop. It also needs to have the additional support from the expansion table. The expansion table is not needed when using the 5x5 hoop or the 7.9x7.9 hoop. It also needs a good solid table to support the weight but also the movement during the embroidery process. I underestimated the work area and my table and had to reorganize my space to make it work. I have no doubt that this machine is going to be a workhorse like my EOCO5 machine and I am excited to be able to do a lot of new bigger and greater projects.

Just here to say the Poolin customer service is above and beyond, absolutely top notch! Kevin Xu started reaching out as soon as I got my machine and has checked in at times to be sure all is well. I had a mishap this past week (totally my fault) and managed to get my finger stuck underneath the needle of the machine while it was embroidering which then caused a seizure and landed me in the hospital. A piece of the needle is still stuck in my finger and I have to follow up with a hand surgeon. All that to say, this machine is very powerful and amazing and Kevin reached out to me this morning just to check on me out of concern. This shows they truly care. I am beyond blown away with the customer service!!❤️❤️🙌 (sidenote, my finger is healing well and I am feeling much better. I have been embroidering for over 15 years and just got too comfortable, I suppose. Accidents happen, live and learn )

I bought this machine and it came with a lot of accessories ready for use, although I was missing something from the hoops, the customer service team I was paired with on Facebook are amazing! I was able to have a team member send me the parts I was missing by having a short conversation with the team. I cannot recommend them enough for their customer service and the machine is wonderful! Will 100% continue to do business with Poolin! They have gone above and beyond my expectations!

This is not just an amazing embroidery machine but it comes with amazing customer service!! I was doing research on the product (on FB) before it was delivered and found some names of technicians who were helping others and after adding them, one gentleman reached out and took the initiative to help and even made a group message (with 2 other technicians) in case i may have any troubles. I hadn't even gotten the machine out of the box yet!! After a day or two and unboxing, I got another friendly message asking how it was going. For me that has been the best customer service I have ever gotten with any product!! Today, I threaded it and did 3 samples.. First one was a user error, I didnt thread the bobbin correctly. After rethreading the bobbin it was awesome!! This machine is awesome!! Some have said bad things but in most cases if you follow the instructions closely everything runs smoothly. I have full confidence that I can be successful because I have a great machine and great technicians ready, friendly and willing to help! This is on top of the awesome price point and the large hoop size it offers...I have never embroidered before, but Poolin and its team makes it completely possible!! Can't wait to make some amazing things!!

I’m a beginner at embroidery and still have a lot to learn, but this machine, in my opinion, is extremely user friendly - especially if you have prior knowledge of sewing and sewing machines. Poolin customer support is top tier and always there when you need help, and as eager to see you succeed in your project as you are. Highly recommend!!

Purchased to begin embroidery hobby. Will return. No available customer service. Either machine was damaged in transit or was faulty. Pins to lock in hoops were not in correct position to enable successful stitching. No answer at customer service or on website. Good luck if anything is wrong.

As someone who is an experienced crafter and tinkerer, I found the Poolin EOC07 to be a very smooth setup. I was able to go from unboxing to my first stitches without any major hurdles. However, as this is a newer model on the market, there are a few things potential buyers should know. This isn’t one of the "big name" brands you see everywhere yet, it’s not a machine you can go get from a shop. If you look on YouTube or blogs, there isn't a ton of info on the EOC07 specifically. Their InStitch site has a lot of "coming soon" features, so while it's still growing, the potential here is huge. What really sets Poolin apart is their support. I ran into a technical snag while trying to update the firmware. I joined their Facebook group, and the team actually reached out to me to see if I had any questions. After I explained the specific error I was getting, they provided the exact files I needed that same day. My machine was fully upgraded minutes after getting the correct files. In an industry where you can often feel like just a number, their kindness and quick responses were refreshing. Final Verdict - so far I really like this machine and look forward to what I can create. Pros: Easy setup for experienced users, robust build, and the best customer support I’ve encountered in years. Cons: Limited third-party documentation/videos currently available for this model even on their own site.

I previously had a brother pe770 but wanted a bigger embroidery area. I did a lot of research and decided on the Poolin Eoc07 as it had a large 7.9 x 15 inch hoop. It also comes with two 5.5 x 5.5 and a 7.9 x 7.9 hoop. This machine comes with everything you need to start embroidering right away. Straight out of the box, this machine is a dream. It comes with designs and fonts already on it if you don't an embroidery program. You can transfer your own designs to the machine either through a thumb drive or via wifi with Institch. The 7 inch touch screen is easy to use and even shows your colors and stitches as your project is stitching out. The customer service is excellent and I've truly never had a better experience with customer service for anything like I have with Poolin. So happy I decided to go with this machine!!
