Good beginner machine. Simple to use. Can be used straight out of the box. A group of helpful associates when things do mess up as they typically do with all sewing machines. Only down side that I have is because it isn't a "name brand" there are no local shops that will help you work with it if you do start having issues. However, online they are really helpful and can fix most issues for you. They are in a different time zone so you do have to be patient and understanding but they have a very quick and personal response and diagnose through videos you send them of what is going on which I found very helpful since I don't know enough about sewing machines to be able to use words to describe what was going on with my machine. A huge pro for the machine is it works with almost all universal parts. I have bought a ton of add ons through Amazon and all of them have worked with the machine just note that it is a low shank machine.

I’m a beginner and l have to say customer service is just awesome. I’ve made a couple of mistakes along the way, but this customer service is unbelievable. As soon as I have a problem, I let them know and they contact me so quickly to help me work it out it’s been just and as far as the sewing machine itself I love it I don’t have a lot of experience with a lot of different sewing machines because as I mentioned, I’m a beginner, but I certainly love this one I would highly recommend. I think it’s a great value at this price OK so I needed to update my review this was bought for me as a birthday gift and at the time I was remodeling my kitchen did not have time to sit down and so with it at the time it was given to me so the return date had already passed by the time I ever got a chance to sit down and try to sew on my new machine. So here we are four months later and I thought because I was a beginner possibly it was something I was doing wrong but I have struggled with this machine since the day I started sewing with it you can’t so even a 6 inch opening without the bobbin case messing up And it took me some time to figure out that’s what was going on so I’m stuck with the machine that has never worked so it was a waste of $200. Customer service was as helpful as they could. They did try but the machines never worked right still doesn’t work right I can’t ever show anything and here it is Christmas and I can’t finish any of my projects that were intended to be Christmas presents so I am going to buy a different machine after three months so do with that information what you will

The machine works great! Comparing it with other machines, it seemed to be the best deal. Once I received it, customer service has kept in touch with me asking if there is anything they can help me with. They offer one on one customer service although I have not taken advantage of it so far. The manual is well written. I had some problems with making button holes, but after working through the manual slowly, I figured it out. I'm very happy with the machine and hope this review will help others make their machine a Poolin, as I did.

This sewing machine is awesome! I am fairly new to sewing, but I think this machine is very user-friendly. It is sturdy, smooth, and easy to learn. There are tons of videos available showing how to operate and set up. This brand cares about its customer's experience. I had difficulty setting it up and decided to message the brand's Facebook page for help. They were quick to respond. They helped me fix the issue and even showed me some tips and tricks about the machine. I've sewed on all types of fabrics and never once had an issue. This machine is such a bargain for how many features it has. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I am not a professional seamstress, but I have been sewing since I was 16. I am now in my 70's. I saved up the money to buy a new machine and settled on the Poolin. I am so sorry I bought it. It is a noisy, terrible machine. The bobbin is constantly knotting up and breaking the thread, and when it runs, there is no nice, smooth sound of a good machine, this one goes "clunk, clunk, clunk" very loudly. It just seems as though I am battling it constantly. I am so disappointed in this machine. Maybe I just got a lemon, who knows. That said, I will just add "Buyer beware".
