I’m really happy with this filament. The color came out great, the prints looked clean, and it handled the details of my project very well. I used it to print a set of turtle-inspired hand display pieces, and the finished results turned out awesome. This is easily one of the nicest filaments I’ve run through my printer. The Panchroma Matte finish gives prints a beautiful, professional look with no extra post-processing needed. Layer lines practically disappear, and the muted sheen makes models look like they’re made from high-end resin or even painted metal. Printability is excellent — it feeds smoothly, adheres well to the bed, and produces consistent results with zero clogs or stringing. I’m especially impressed with how dimensionally accurate and strong the parts are right off the plate. If you’re looking to elevate the appearance of your PLA prints, Polymaker’s Panchroma Matte is absolutely worth it. It’s become my go-to filament for display-quality models and gifts.

This filament has a great color and printed very well! I rarely have any issues with first layer adhesion and if I do, it is almost always my own fault and can be addressed by slowing down the speed of the first layer or giving the plate a good clean. I haven’t experienced any clogs while using this filament either, and overall it has been a great experience.

I love this brand. First, cardboard spool instead of plastic. I love that. Very well wound, very accurate thickness, prints beautiful. Prints easy. I have no stringing. Super high quality and a good price. Well worth the money. I use this brand almost exclusively these days. They make a great 3d printing plastic.

Honestly love this filament, the way I can get stuff done without no problem, love the quality of the color and the printing and the flow of it is super easy to use. Haven’t any problem so far with any tangles or getting stuck somewhere. I’m surprised on the dimensions that I can get done with it.! Easy to feed to the machine and set up to print. The only thing that I will recommend is the noise that the cardboard stool that makes when is rolling

I grabbed a couple spools of this to print out some gaming terrain. I wanted something that I wouldn't have to paint or prime, print it and call it a day. This worked really well. Gives a great desert coloration, darker sandstone color to the light sandstone and all the shades between. I printed a spool and half worth of terrain and it looks great. Nice to not have to worry about paint for some terrain I just want to throw in my bag and use at a friend's or store's table. Printing was smooth, used the recommended temps, no stringing or adhesion issues.

It's a very good filament that prints beautifully, but I don't feel the product photo represents the color accurately. When printed it looks much less saturated and a lot more yellow, more of a sand color than the product photo. It looks a lot more like the product photo for Pastel Peanut, which I also ordered a spool of but will probably return since Wood Brown is already such a light/yellow/sand color. I did not mention filament breakability or brittleness in this review even though Amazon's AI is checking boxes for recommending this filament in those categories.

Great! Performs as well on my A1 as any other Polymaker matte PLA, including the cotton white & muted white in my regular rotation. No issues with tangling, brittleness, etc. If you haven’t used matte PLA from this brand before: it’s *the most matte* of all the matte filaments I’m aware of. The almost-chalky quality is not ideal for anything fidgety IMHO, but excellent for any application requiring an entirely flat, shine-free finish & minimal layer line visibility (e.g. earthy household decor). “Sage green” is apparently elusive in the filament world. I thoroughly combed amazon looking for a good fit before getting this one. I worried the muted green would look too gray or anemic, but it is definitely green in person. It’s surprisingly similar to olive/army green filament, just a little lighter/“dustier” and less saturated. Many of those greens run a bit dark for my taste, but both have their uses. Glad to have found this one, will be buying more when I run out :)
