I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache... thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can't hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven't tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in. ... show more

Battery life is incredible!!!!! Very good overall sound quality. Very sturdy build quality. These are "on ear", so the noise cancellation isn't 100%, but that's good as I use these while driving my work van. Pairing to two devices isn't always perfect either. I have a wide head so the pressure against my ears is a bit much for extended use, but that pressure also comes in handy as they don't fall off my head, so it's an acceptable tradeoff. My only "complaint" would be the microphone. When it's extended for use it's perfectly placed, when you move it back to standby it sticks out a good bit. So if your in close quarters, like on a plane, be mindful not to bump into stuff. ... show more

Purchased for my home office. Noice cancelling works well, almost too well. It works so well that my wife can watch TV loudly near me and I can barely hear what she's watching. I also find people can talk to me and I'll barely hear them. Sound quality is also good. It's good enough that I often use these headphones to listen to music (although for music, they're definitely not as good as my old pair of Senheisers). Bluetooth is easy to configure and volume controls on the headphones work. Only negative, and it's minor, is that the mute button on the boom doesn't work with some of the applications I use for work. ... show more

So, this product looks and feels good. The sound is beautiful and clear. The noise canceling is top-of-the-line. However, there is only one issue: it just does not do what you paid for it to do - a WIRELESS connection! I work from home with CISCO system. This thing disconnects all the time. It becomes undiscoverable, then in 20 minutes, just out of thin air, again discoverable and "PC connected". During these 2 weeks that I had those, the work was a nightmare. I mean, these folks who made this product should make up for the energy and troubles I had to go through with this trash. This is the exact reason APPLE is a multitrillion company and tiny garage companies like this always remain at the same level. Have shame! Recall your product! It DOES NOT work! Ordered this two months ago to replace the Plantronics corded headset provided by work. Was basically plug-n-play to set up. I am on calls 6-10 hours a day and I've never had an issue with the battery. I put it on the stand at the end of each day to charge, which is very handy. I have a large head and the headphones expand enough to fit me comfortably. The call clarity is great and the the volume and mute buttons are simple to use. I have been told by others on calls with me that I come across very clearly as well. My office is in the basement and I have walked upstairs and throughout the house without losing connection to my calls.
