Impressed by the quality! This sofa had such a thoughtful design from assembly to comfort. The color, leather quality and legs are beautiful. My family (6 foot plus humans) fits great and while it is firm, the leather makes it soft. It’s just a great piece of furniture and well worth the money.

Absolutely love this sectional from Poly & Bark! Definitely worth the money. I had been shopping for a section that'll fit my condo's awkward front entryway the last 6 months. I had originally ordered a couch from Ashley's Homestore which was delayed 3 months due to the global supply constraints. Then had to refuse the delivery after not fitting my entryway and start from scratch. I finally came across this Poly & Bark sectional after an endless amount of searching. I was originally hesitant to spend $2k+ on such a large piece of furniture sight unseen, but didn't feel like waiting any longer. I was super happy that this sectional was delivered within 1.5 weeks. I had to separate the chaise & the rest of the couch from the original box in order to fit through my entryway. Each section of the couch is light enough to move around easily, but don't let that fool you; it seems to be made of high-quality leather, cushioning, and has a sturdy frame. The height of the back support is decent and shouldn't be an issue since I'm 5'5". I'm also 140 lbs. so the seat cushions seems to hold my weight fairly well. The cushions seem stiff enough where it won't sag easily, but we'll see how long that'll last with a few years of wear & tear. Overall, super impressed with the quality & price of this couch. I was VERY nervous about buying a relatively expensive couch online without being able to sit on it and test it out - of course my first choice would be to go to a local store and find something there first. However, I recently purchased my first home and when it came time to furnishing, I ran into the same problem that many others are experiencing right now - low to no inventory and long delays! I found the Napa Chaise Sectional during one of my many furniture searches and fell in love. I did extensive research through Poly and Bark’s social media and BBB page to make sure they were legit and bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! First of all it’s super easy to put together; it comes in two pieces with the legs and cushions unattached - but the box is a major pain in the butt to get rid of (obviously it needs to be a very heavy duty box to protect the couch, which it successfully did, but just know that you’ll probably need access to a dumpster to totally dispose of it in a timely manner). Wow this couch is stunning in person. The cognac color is exactly as pictured, of course with some variation as it’s real top-grain leather. The leather is super smooth and buttery but it also feels incredibly durable. I have a 35 lb dog that I allow up on the furniture and while I have half of the couch covered with a blanket, of course he prefers the uncovered side - he has superficially scuffed up the leather here and there but it doesn’t bother me at all, it just kind of goes with the look in my opinion. The couch is super comfortable and long (to be fair I’m only 5’1” ha). I love stretching out on the chaise. I can’t speak to durability as I’ve only had this couch for a few weeks but I will absolutely update this review after I’ve really broken the couch in. ... show more

I started out wanting to buy a trendy Sven leather sectional sofa from Article, but after doing a lot of research, I found that the Poly and Bark Napa sectional is the exact same style and the same high level of quality at a lower price (plus, the cognac color of the Napa leather is a bit more tan than that of the more yellow-toned Sven). I read many, many reviews of both sofas, concentrating on those given by customers who had nothing to gain or lose with their opinions rather than lifestyle bloggers who are beholden to their sponsors and donors. People love the sofas for the same reasons (good looks, comfort, quality), and were annoyed with them for the same reasons---For instance, I know from reviews that this style of sofa loses loft in the back cushions, and that the leather requires maintenance. I asked myself: Do I want to love my sofa but be annoyed for the same problems with a $5000 sofa or with a $3000 sofa? I chose the Poly and Bark Napa sofa and am very, very happy. And I chose to purchase it through Amazon rather than directly through Poly and Bark (which I could have---they were the same price), because this purchase was a huge one for me, and Amazon has a great record of getting my stuff to me on time and in good shape. ... show more

Have had my eye on this Poly and Bark sofa for years but it was never the right time, but after we moved into a new house I knew I finally wanted to pull the trigger. Decided to get on Amazon instead of directly through Poly and Bark because even though it was nominally cheaper on the P&B site with coupons, we have the Amazon Asurion program which will cover damages. Was extremely impressed with the packaging and arrived faster that it would have directly through P&B as well. Easy to put together and it's beautiful. Rich leather smell. Was a little firm as first as was expected, but after about a month it's started to break in. ... show more

Critically, the back rest cushions have a little too much play between them. I’m talking 3” total so spread out over the length of backrest not a big deal. The backrest cushions are wrapped 75% leather but the other 25% that is not exposed, seems to be of a cheaper fabric of some kind. They should have used denim or something more robust IMO. For me, that stuff is easy to overlook for what you get for the money. The feel is firm but the tufted surface really softens it out in the prone position. I napped the first day on it and for my beat up self that says a lot. The leather is thick on the seat. A 7’ basketball player could get right on this couch. The sectional part is big enough for a large size dog, and the couch length could easily snuggle a man and a woman for a movie or two. Nice couch if you like the style I say go for it. The two man crew took it out of the box on the porch because it wouldn’t fit thru a door. They set it up in about 10 min. and took the packing with them. Real nice delivery! ... show more
