Absolutely love this sectional from Poly & Bark! Definitely worth the money. I had been shopping for a section that'll fit my condo's awkward front entryway the last 6 months. I had originally ordered a couch from Ashley's Homestore which was delayed 3 months due to the global supply constraints. Then had to refuse the delivery after not fitting my entryway and start from scratch. I finally came across this Poly & Bark sectional after an endless amount of searching. I was originally hesitant to spend $2k+ on such a large piece of furniture sight unseen, but didn't feel like waiting any longer. I was super happy that this sectional was delivered within 1.5 weeks. I had to separate the chaise & the rest of the couch from the original box in order to fit through my entryway. Each section of the couch is light enough to move around easily, but don't let that fool you; it seems to be made of high-quality leather, cushioning, and has a sturdy frame. The height of the back support is decent and shouldn't be an issue since I'm 5'5". I'm also 140 lbs. so the seat cushions seems to hold my weight fairly well. The cushions seem stiff enough where it won't sag easily, but we'll see how long that'll last with a few years of wear & tear. Overall, super impressed with the quality & price of this couch. I was VERY nervous about buying a relatively expensive couch online without being able to sit on it and test it out - of course my first choice would be to go to a local store and find something there first. However, I recently purchased my first home and when it came time to furnishing, I ran into the same problem that many others are experiencing right now - low to no inventory and long delays! I found the Napa Chaise Sectional during one of my many furniture searches and fell in love. I did extensive research through Poly and Bark’s social media and BBB page to make sure they were legit and bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! First of all it’s super easy to put together; it comes in two pieces with the legs and cushions unattached - but the box is a major pain in the butt to get rid of (obviously it needs to be a very heavy duty box to protect the couch, which it successfully did, but just know that you’ll probably need access to a dumpster to totally dispose of it in a timely manner). Wow this couch is stunning in person. The cognac color is exactly as pictured, of course with some variation as it’s real top-grain leather. The leather is super smooth and buttery but it also feels incredibly durable. I have a 35 lb dog that I allow up on the furniture and while I have half of the couch covered with a blanket, of course he prefers the uncovered side - he has superficially scuffed up the leather here and there but it doesn’t bother me at all, it just kind of goes with the look in my opinion. The couch is super comfortable and long (to be fair I’m only 5’1” ha). I love stretching out on the chaise. I can’t speak to durability as I’ve only had this couch for a few weeks but I will absolutely update this review after I’ve really broken the couch in. ... show more

This sofa arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Only had to take it out of the box and screw on the legs. I’m happy the price was less than on the manufacturer’s site since I had to pay someone to haul away my old one. Do check prices before buying. The ottoman was much less on the same site. The Cognac color and the sumptuous Italian leather sofa can easily anchor a room or add a perfect complement any space. The sofa is comfortable, soft, and large enough for a nap. My rob-vac loves to clean under it and the attached legs and squared arms ensure the sense of now. This sofa has a fairly deep seat and a laid back seating. Begs for a foot rest. I’ve added 8 jeweled throw pillows for more alert seating and color. The Italian leather has been sewed with irregular pieces of leather and the seams can sometimes be felt. (It also guarantees that every sofa will be a one of a kind.). If your on the fence or think you have found your new sofa, strongly consider this option, you won’t be disappointed! ... show more

We are very happy with the look and quality. The seat is firm without being too firm, the back cushions and bolsters are comfortable. Super easy to assemble, took me about 10 minutes to install the legs and set up after unboxing. The seat is quite deep, I’m very short so my feet can’t touch the floor if I sit against the back. 3 YEAR UPDATE 2/2024: Wowie, this thing is mighty uncomfortable. Final verdict - it’s still pretty, but not designed for the comfort of a tailbone or any prolonged sitting. Additionally, the back pillows sink in after about 6 months and became quite difficult to stay propped up. TLDR: I’ve often regretted this pricy purchase, but alas, I’ve embraced my mistake and try to make the best of it. Plus side—our bed feels EVEN more comfortable when we climb into it at night after sitting on this couch for 2 hours :) ORIGINAL REVIEW: It is BEAUTIFUL! It does scratch easily, but this will apparently lend it its unique quality over time. It’s pretty comfortable, but is very firm so if you’re looking for a “disappear into the cushions” kind of couch, this isn’t it. After a day of working from home on it, the bum will certainly ache a bit. But overall, very comfy. I can’t speak to the durability and longevity yet, as it’s been 3 days.
