We love our new couch. Its bigger than I thought. We love the brand and even bought more from them after getting this couch. I'm very happy with he quality overall. The packaging was great and we had 0 issues. The leather is soft and comfortable. Perfect.

    • Very Pleased So Far
I was VERY nervous about buying a relatively expensive couch online without being able to sit on it and test it out - of course my first choice would be to go to a local store and find something there first. However, I recently purchased my first home and when it came time to furnishing, I ran into the same problem that many others are experiencing right now - low to no inventory and long delays! I found the Napa Chaise Sectional during one of my many furniture searches and fell in love. I did extensive research through Poly and Bark’s social media and BBB page to make sure they were legit and bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! First of all it’s super easy to put together; it comes in two pieces with the legs and cushions unattached - but the box is a major pain in the butt to get rid of (obviously it needs to be a very heavy duty box to protect the couch, which it successfully did, but just know that you’ll probably need access to a dumpster to totally dispose of it in a timely manner). Wow this couch is stunning in person. The cognac color is exactly as pictured, of course with some variation as it’s real top-grain leather. The leather is super smooth and buttery but it also feels incredibly durable. I have a 35 lb dog that I allow up on the furniture and while I have half of the couch covered with a blanket, of course he prefers the uncovered side - he has superficially scuffed up the leather here and there but it doesn’t bother me at all, it just kind of goes with the look in my opinion. The couch is super comfortable and long (to be fair I’m only 5’1” ha). I love stretching out on the chaise. I can’t speak to durability as I’ve only had this couch for a few weeks but I will absolutely update this review after I’ve really broken the couch in. ... show more

    • Beautiful, comfortable, sturdy
We've been using our new couch for about a week now and are very pleased with our purchase. It's the most expensive piece of furniture we've ever owned. Tired of hand-me-downs and cheap furniture that starts falling apart in a year or two we took chance on this one after spending some time researching online brands and sellers. The reviews on the company along with price made us decide on Poly and Bark. There are several brands with similar/identical looking couches. The other couch we were considering was the Article Sven which was $3299 at the time . The Napa was $2699. and looks near identical. That's a big difference in price. Got a holiday deal using our Amazon Prime Visa for 18 months 0% interest and that sealed the deal. I've read some of the reviews critical of the delivery process. We had good luck. Our couch arrived via XPO ahead of schedule and undamaged. I believe our delivery window was 12/7-12/16 and it arrived 12/11/20. The box had some minor dings but it was well packaged and undamaged. You will need some help! The box is HUGE! We are in a rural area and a tractor trailer can't get up our driveway so we had to meet the driver in town with our pickup. This is normal for us. We've received freight deliveries before. Took all 10 minutes to assemble inspect. We love the look and feel. We chose the semi-analine for durability and have no regrets. We were tempted by aniline for softness beauty but we have young grandchildren - nuff said 😉 It's super comfortable and we like the seat height for ease of getting up and down. Getting older- hate low furniture! Awesome for tatering after dinner watching TV. I'm 6'4" and I can lay long ways while my wife enjoys the chase ☺ May or may not be important to you. Ymmv Can't tell you about durability but it "feels" sturdy and well made. We're hopeful it's a 20 year couch. If I'm still around in 20 years and I remember I'll try to update my review!     • No manufacturer warranty for Amazon purchase
NOTE: The manufacturer does not provide a warranty for Amazon purchases. You should consider buying this item directly from the manufacturer. This sofa is great and met all of my expectations and is great for an overnight guest. The cognac leather looks great and after two years has taken on some nice character. Minor scuffs can be buffed out with a damp cloth. The couch is long enough for a person of any height to stretch out, and when you remove the back cushions the width is comparable to a twin size bed. It honestly seems like a good value for the price that I paid, and based on my experience so far I would consider purchasing other items from Poly & Bark. However, I would probably buy directly from their web site and not from Amazon. When I wrote to ask for a copy of the manufacturer warranty, they promptly informed me that it covers only purchases directly from their website. I was unhappy with the delivery, as it was delivered by one driver with no one to assist him in bringing the very large box inside the house. Therefore it was left on my curb for me to deal with on my own. I suppose this is another reason to purchase directly from the manufacturer, so that you can set delivery expectations before purchase. ... show more
