...but seem to get lost in a Dolby Atmos setup as height speakers. I moved them to mounts I have high on the walls above my fronts & rear surrounds. They remain pointed up at the ceiling, bouncing towards my seating position. Much improved and I'm liking them much better this way. They can also be directly attached to the walls high up and pointed directly, as best possible, if that is more to your liking. I find the mounts better at allowing me to fine-tune the direction exactly where I want them. ... show more

Alright, so I know many of you believe that atmos speakers should be mounted high on the wall for proper sound. I did these because I already had towers and wanted to add atmos without going crazy. I ended up with a 5.1.4 setup that does a nice job at reasonable volume levels. I am pleased with these and I don’t think they should be dismissed if you are trying for a setup that will be used in a normal family room without breaking the bank. ... show more

If you got a receiver that is Dolby Atmos enabled, (I have an Onkyo TX-RZ720) these speakers will make a noticeable difference. I have these on top of some old school Polk towers. They do help fill the room with sound. Not mind blowing though,but nice. just make sure your receiver is set up for the speakers. Otherwise there useless. ... show more

I brought these because I wanted to get into atmos with out breaking the bank. That said 1st put them on top of my tower speakers, watched a few movies and was like meh its ok!! Then put them on the wall above everything...…..night and day difference!! So much so that I ordered another set to do rear atmos (total will be 4 atmos for a 7.2.4 set up) ... show more

They work awesome as my Atmos height speakers. Loud, punchy and clear. And they look good too. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve paired them with my Polk center channel speaker (which is insanely awesome) and Polk front speakers. My movies sound like I’m there! Very happy with my purchase.
