Nice futon for the price and it’s small enough if you have a small space. If you are a tall person wouldn’t really recommend it. It’s a little hard to sit on but not uncomfortable. So it's a good couch, pretty easy to assemble. Arm rests are a little hard So would suggest a good pillow. However, if you live in a place with stairs, be warned, this thing ships in basically ONE piece. The bottom and back rest are all in one, the only assembly you do is put on the legs and slide the arm rests into place. It's a heavy beast with no good way to carry it up the stairs. We had to take it out of the box outside and then carry it up our apartment stairs because the box was falling apart. I dont blame anyone for that, its a heavy ass box and I hope whoever delivered this is having a good day. Definitely do not regret the purchase, and my cats already love it.

I saw similar product in Costco, want to buy it. However, it is huge, the long side is parallel to sofa side. It costs $1300 to ship here. Then I googled amazon and found this one. The long side is perpendicular to the sofa side, occupies less than 57" space, perfectly replaced my current loveseat. It is convenient. However, do have a suggestion for improvement: when pull the bottom bed out, sometimes it doesn't go parallel to the long side. This leads to a bit of lift up in the middle. It took me a few minutes to figure out this issue. Once I know the issue, will have no problem in future to setup correctly.

I like that it could fit in my studio. It was easy to to assemble. You can only fit 2 people great for your kids. The comfort of the sleeper sofa was okay. My kids love it so no complaints there.

It comes in 1 heavy, yet surprisingly small box (I asked the delivery person - Is there anything else?) Unboxing and assembly took 10 minutes and was really intuitive. I read the directions about three quarters of the way through because it seemed too easy. The directions are just pictures and easy to follow. The only weirdness, which was intuitive when assembling without the instructions, but confounding with them was the removal of a cloth wrapped stick that kept thing in place in the package in step 1. It has a part # - and step 1 is to remove it - and it is never referenced again. I was pretty sure you throw it away (yes - that is what you do), but if I was putting a sticker on it and including a panel on the directions for it - I would use a yellow sticker that said "remove and discard" and written "throw that stick away" on the paper. It pulls out and stores easily. The back goes up and down into 3 different positions easily and intuitively. It feels solid and the actions are smooth. The pillows that come with it are fine. My couch is grey, and the pillows are mustard yellow (just like the picture in the listing, but for some reason I was expecting grey). In terms of comfort - it is FIRM. If you want a firm couch / lounge / bed ... this fits the bill. If you are looking for plush, wrapped in a cloud kind of experience ... this is NOT IT. I have had it for a few hours - I like it.

Sofa arrived in good condition…however, after assembly it was too small for our needs. Attempted to return for refund and seller sent message stating they refused to have it returned or refunded due to not being happy about size in our room. Now I have to find a way to sell it myself and recoup what money I can!! Seller said they would not refund unless it was damaged or a problem on THEIR end…. Would NEVER recommend using this seller!!!
