The crate tray was cracked but the crate is super heavy duty and was easy to assemble. It is heavy but rolls easily and the locking wheels are a plus. They are sending a replacement tray asap and were very quick with handling the issue. Awesome!

This crate is really good but I definitely don't recommend it for some breeds. I have American Bullies and I don't recommend using it to more than one dog as they will bend the crate to get the divider off. Also the middle bar in the bottom isn't as sturdy at least not for big dogs. Overall it's a good crate but if it's for breeds that are not heavy or like to chew things.

Black bits shed all over but sturdy. Nice that the tray goes under the bottom fencing for clean up but hard on the dogs paws so dog needs something to lay on/walk on.

I seriously couldn't wait till this kennel got here. As soon as it was delivered I should have known something was wrong. The box was damaged but was holding onto hope that the kennel was fine. I got it out of the box and immediately saw the damage. There is no saving it. I am going to have to return and find another kennel somewhere else.

This is a very substantial and strong kennel. My son put it together easily in as much time as it takes to screw around 10 screws together by hand. You are only attaching the top and the wheels. The bottom and sides are connected. I bought it for my younger pup who is destructive when home alone. He's adjusting to it well.

Ok so I gave it 5 stars only because I love the cage it self. My dog has separation anxiety. Cause of me being a truckdriver and we spend every day together alone..so I bought the big one so when I have to make runs to the store when I come home he has a lot of room. Pros: Easy assembly . even though it didnt come with directions , a toddler could put this cage together. These pictures doesn't do this cage any justice. it is huge as every my little beagle feels like its a mansion. Cons: The top door came off the hinge as you can see in the picture they need to do a better job with the door assembly . But over all I would by this cage again 3 times over.

The crate ended up being too small for our needs so had to return it and the seller was very accommodating. The down side was I did have to pay for the return shipping and it was not as easy to assemble alone but it was just the type of crate we were looking for just the wrong size.
