I pre ordered one of them when they where $26.99. Since I can’t find any cards at the store and these boxes usually go for almost 50 bucks it was a good deal in my opinion. I got the Alolan starters, and a secret Ex card. Over all a very good box. Plus there where some stickers included. The box came a day after the official release and was undamaged.     • Pretty but pricey. Good pull rates.
Got one in a million lucky and happened to check during a restock so I was able to grab a few for about $24 a piece. Over MSRP but market shot up to $50-$60 instantly so I can’t be too mad. (I bought directly from Amazon). Only one box was a little damaged (a corner in the center had been pushed up) but it was minor and the other boxes were fine. I really only cared about the first partner cards. The artwork is incredible. They really are beautiful cards. You will get all three starters from the same generation, there’s not mixing or matching. Between three boxes I pulled two different sets, but the value of the cards is high so it’s easy to sell any duplicates. That said there is only three cards in the first partner pack compared to the usual ten that come in a typical boosters. Pretty but pricey. I’m sure this set will remain highly collectible for a long time though and they make great art pieces for display, so up to you what you value. Easier said than done but I would say if you can grab this box for $30 or less you can feel pretty good about it. Anything more and that’s just objectively too much money for what it is. Even $30 is high, but that’s the unfortunate state of Pokemon right now. Nostalgia isn’t worth bankrupting yourself, and buying high only feeds the scalping machine. Good luck to anyone chasing these! And Amazon if you read this, for the love of god do something about the bots. ... show more

Great illustration collection! ☺️ Was able to get one collection box for $26.99 thanks to amazon's preorder rather than market price. I was a bit skeptical (and anxious) as I've never purchased pokemon cards from Amazon before but fortunately the box wasn't tampered with and the packs weren't resealed. Got a Nymble IR from the phantasmal flames pack and I got the Sinnoh starters so I'm pretty happy. Edit: (3/29/26) I got my second box I pre-ordered about a week later. Once again, no signs of tampering or being resealed. This time I got a Vulpix IR from the mega evolution pack and the Kanto starters. Was fun to rip! 😊 ... show more

So excited,I tried being positive about the bad reviews I read about the product I just found it harder to believe the re sealing situation had to find out the hard way I guess all the corners of the 3 pack are not sealed all the way ,I've always bought my cards at GameStop I have never seen the packs like these , I didn't get a chance to buy one of these specific cards so I gave it a chance and was very disappointed, can't return apparently all sales are final, what a bummer,all I can say is think twice before given then your $$$ ... show more

    • Had to bite the bullet coz I wanted them but the price isn't retail.
Great addition to the collection. Completed the Promo cards with the boxes i got. I wish the prices were better. Talk about mark ups like Amazon a reseller. These retail for about $15 but Amazon sells them for almost $30.
