I ordered two of these and both of them came in envelopes with a generic clear plastic bag outside the factory packaging. For a new item, especially an electronic one, I would have expected fully factory packaging and a more protective outer packaging like a small box. Especially given that I paid more than retail since this was out of stock on Ubiquiti's website. The product support 100-240 The connector is usa connector and not as look in the picture. There is no description about the plug connector And there is no description about the voltage support. The product works great the seller should fix the image and mention us adapter in the description

Like: Worked for the camera and has been operational since purchase/install. Dislike: I do not believe the original photo showed the external power cable requirement for voltage. Fortunately A/C power was available for success.
