I bought this unit with the hope that it would be able to function in the New Mexico sun without turning off & not only has it excelled in 105° F for the past day but the screen response is flawless and despite my initial concerns about the brightness, the screen is easily visible in blazing sunlight. For under $40, this is an amazing product, I'll see how it holds up over time but so far it's been impressive. Note: the unit itself does not directly connect to your car's existing Bluetooth, instead it allows your phone to connect to Bluetooth audio as usual. This is the only gripe I have with this unit as I was hoping to use it as an intermediary to solve some connection issues I've been having between my phone and car.

This is excellent, because maps doesn't go away when I need to use my phone. That's a frequent gripe for me as I take a lot of sales leads and travel to people's homes but also have to be in communication with them at the same time. This size is perfect. It's about like a small tablet and brightness is sufficient for summer in Texas. It was extremely easy to install, because I'm not very tech oriented. Oriented. I can't comment on the durability, but it doesn't lag at all and connects seamlessly to my phone with Bluetooth.

A good cheap auto screen, I use it with Android auto and it integrates well with my devices. I like the auto connect feature. One complaint is if more than one person wants to tie their phone to the device it takes a while because you have to unpair any other device. So no multi phone/device storage ready to go. The touch screen isn't the most responsive but it is good enough to get by. Playing anything out of the onboard speakers sounds awful, however I didn't buy it for it's speakers, everything sounds great through my car's audio system. Time will test it's durability, but so far a deep Michigan winter hasn't bothered it, so it stands up great to the cold. The sunshade on top is worth it, I didn't realize how well it helps as long as you have your display angled down. One complaint though is that one of the pieces/mounts it came with doesn't fit the input on the back, also the piece you "plug" your mount into is cheap plastic and you need to be careful. The sticky pad that came with it sticks well to the dash in winter, if I remember I will update in the summer. Overall if you are looking for something cheap that doesn't have a million bells and whistles but a good navigation/bluetooth stereo connection is what I bought it for. I would recommend if you want something simple but covers the fundamentals.

I put this in my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I am really surprised how good it works. I do not have any good radio stations in my area. I like to use a micro SD Card in this unit which has days of music on it. It is my personal radio station. I can easily connect my iPhone to it with Carplay so I have even more music and Maps too. I did not want to put it on the dash or on the windshield. This would cause a little blind spot which I did not want. I put the player in the bracket which mounts it on the dash with adhesive tape but I did not use the adhesive tape. I then slid the the plastic bracket into my CD player on the radio. Now it is right in front of me and doesn't block any view or vents. It does cover some radio knobs but the volume button is wide open and easy to use. Normally you don't have to use the other radio buttons if you are using this player anyhow. A lot of Chrysler , Dodge and Jeeps use the same radio so this may help you too. Overall a good investment for me.

The good, it was cheap. The bad, to much to put in a review. No instructions with anything. Using aux out it has a pulsing noise no matter what charger I tried. _M transmitter has lots of variability, but the sound is always overdriven and distorted. Finding where the settings are for all that isn't very intuitive and again there's no instructions. I have only used for one day and have no plans to use it further. Edit to add that what is said about the screen by others is true... There is a tab at the corner of the screen that looks like a pull tab for a screen protector that needs to be removed. Do not pull it! Trying to remove it will at least leave a screen covered in glue and at worst desert the screen. You just have to live with this weird red tab in the corner of your screen forever.

Pros 1. Very useful for my car which does not have Built-in CarPlay otherwise. Can be moved to other cars when necessary. 2. Decent Sized Screen, not too big nor too small. Legible fonts. 3. The mount from the box is versatile and useful, really long cable too. 4. Helpful phone controls on the screen, same as carplay. Cons 1. Unit keep resetting itself when used for long hours. Have seen this repeated when on long drives in the Sun and on GMaps. Loses out the screen just before an important turn is set to occur on the journey. 2. "START" navigation does not function from the screen. I have to press atleast 7-10 times and hope one of them registers to start the trip. Otherwise I have to pull out my phone and start the trip from the phone. This happens only with GMAPS. Towards the bottom left of the screen is the issue. Apple maps works fine. 3. Zoom feature does not work predictably. Cannot zoom out or Zoom in, Same issue as above, the touch does not register. Issue with the bottom right of the screen in GMAPS. Apple maps works fine. 4. Using Iphone 11, upto date with all s/w, but heats up the phone and drains battery.

Love having android audio now! Picture is easy to see, touch screen works well. Very easy to install, but the included audio cord was junk. I used my own, and the sound quality is 100x better. Bluetooth connects quickly and automatically. No lag.

I use Android, and it works well. The seller is very responsive and helpful. The display for the backup camera is very nice. It does require a specific camera/cable. Recommend.
