Went from a 3080ti to this and man alive the difference is unreal. No more turning down settings- everything runs at max settings. For example- Msfs24 is buttery smooth- (I have it locked at 30fps), ACC runs all maxed out at 120 in the rain at the end of a line of cars. The fact that I was able to get one for less than the cost of a kidney at this point in time is a plus too. It is a huge card, so I did pick up an anti-sag support for some security. The only thing I’m not thrilled with is the adapter for the PSU. So I replaced it with a single cable instead of the two into one setup I had. ... show more

Very beautiful card! Definitely the top 3 best looking RTX 50 cards out there. Too bad PNY released their RTX 50 cards much later than other brands. About 2 weeks after Jan 30th launch date and they only dropped small quantities. I'm glad I got it at MSRP price from Amazon. But Amazon still shipped the card a month later! Probably waited from PNY due to their very slow production. If you can get this particular card, get it! Especially at MSRP price. The cooling fans are also MUCH better than FE card. And also so much better than MSI Ventus! ... show more

Upgraded from a GTX 1070 to this 5080. Wow what a performance jump! Shout out to PNY at the time for keeping their cards at MSRP. Card runs cool and quiet, and it handles anything I throw at it.

    • Good performance, loud fan even when idle
The card runs great, but the fans have an annoying whine or hum when idle with no load. The fan control utility won't let you dial down the RPM either, so you're stuck with it. It is very noticeable and distracting when you are used to a quiet system. I ended up returning it, and I'll buy a 5080 from MSI. ... show more

Great GPU! Performs well on 1440p with max settings. Has some difficulty with 4k in some games, but for my needs, 1440p on max works great!

Solid card and everything works fine. ARGBs seem a little old school but they work fine and the control app works plenty fine for me. Goes well with my 9800 X3D.
