The brackets were not drilled right and this made the frame bow and made the rest of the pieces hard to install. The bed isn't as sturdy as it should be. The package was also late be delivered. I would return it but I think that would be impossible.

These are fantastic. The beds are simple to assemble and can be a one person job. It was nice to have two people for some of the steps. My two pre-teen sons were able to easily follow. The partts were mislabeled and that caused some issues, but by the end of the process, we had figured out the issue. So far, the beds are holding up nicely. My 14 yr old daughter and I put this together with no problems. No extra tools needed. Everything was labled clearly, and there were extra pieces in case we lost any. One of the best products I've bought in a while, this bed is sturdy as heck and will last my daughter into adulthood and then some. One of the screw holes had to be drilled out Bc it wasn’t completed from the factory. Bed is a bit wobbly

This bed frame is beautiful! I wish it was a little heavier in material. I think that would do away with the squeaky noises that come from the bed. I live in a place with hard wood floors so I have made sure to have a rug under it, but once you sit on it or go to lay down. Squeak! I am not a heavy set persons so that it’s a contributing factor. However it could also be engineer error (myself) who maybe didn’t assemble as greatly as it could’ve been. ... show more

I assembled this by myself and it was honestly super easy as long as you read the directions, I accidentally put a couple things in upside down so I had to redo some of it but it was 100% my fault lol. Update: still have not received missing support leg. I emailed the address on the instructions which said they’d respond within 24 hours. It’s been a few weeks and nothing!!! No phone number to call!!! I just want the support leg!!! I really loved these beds. Bought two for my daughters to have matching beds. One of the beds were missing a middle support. I emailed the company requesting just the missing part and have not heard back. If I could just get the missing support they would be perfect. ... show more
