I purchased the Plusinno telescopic fishing rod and reel combo for international travel, and it exceeded my expectations in most areas. Packaging & Delivery The only drawback was shipping. The item arrived two days later than the promised overnight delivery, which was disappointing. However, the product itself was well-packaged and arrived in good condition with no damage. Portability & Travel This is where the product really stands out. The telescopic design makes it extremely compact and easy to transport. I was able to pack it in my luggage and take it overseas without any issues. It’s ideal for travelers who want a functional setup without carrying bulky gear. Setup & Ease of Use Setup was quick and intuitive. All essential components were included (rod, reel, line, and accessories), except for hooks. Even without prior setup in that environment, I was able to get everything ready in minutes with no frustration. Performance (Freshwater & Saltwater) I used this combo in both freshwater and saltwater conditions. It performed reliably in both environments: • Smooth casting and reeling • No issues with line management • Reel handled well under light-to-moderate load While this is not a heavy-duty setup, it is more than capable for casual fishing and travel use. Build Quality The rod and reel feel solid for the price point. It doesn’t come across as disposable or “cheap,” which is often a concern with travel combos. The materials held up well during my trip. Additional Note At the end of my trip, I passed the rod along to a local so it could continue being used — a testament to its durability and usability. Final Verdict This is a great value travel fishing combo that delivers on portability, ease of use, and versatility across different water types. I will preface this review with the fact that I have yet to use these poles. But i am highly impressed with the quality of these rods. For the price i was kinda expecting cheap chinese crap. These are real carbon fiber with high quality billet aluminum real seat and stainless steal guides. The reels seem of decent quality as well. Time will tell and i will update this review if they dont perform as well as i expect them to. ... show more

Very impressed! Super quick to assemble/disassemble, incredibly easy to stow and travel, and works great! I swapped out the line with heavier, but the rod and reel helped me bring in close to a 10lb catfish easily.

The product is satisfactory for the price but I don't think the reel will handle much fight and the collapsible handle function, although handy for storage, is not practical for real fishing use. There are other similar priced options with better equipment.
