I have been using this whitening gel for years. I used it with my old custom dental whitening tray, and when in a hurry, I placed the gel on my toothbrush, as shown on the side of the box. For the cost, I loved it. The product has changed from a gel to a thin liquid; it's like water. It spilled all over the floor. This time, getting the mouth tray in my mouth was challenging without the product sliding off. Then it started leaking out onto my shirt while I tried to wait five minutes. So I shone it well and whole yes it's stored in a cool place. Same result. tested it as a paste and it leaked off my toothbrush. I did one treatment and had a ton of cleanup. I no longer consider this product a gel. As you can see by my picture, there is a difference in consistency. I hope my blouse does not permanently stain. The original gel lasted forever. I even used the gel to whiten the back of my nail bed when applying clear or light polish. Now, I'm returning and will find an alternative. 😩

I've used Plus White for years and was always satisfied. Now that Walmart no longer carries it, I've had to buy it online. This is the second time I've ordered online and the product is no longer useful when it arrives. What should be a gel comes out like water. I tried waiting a couple of days, no help. I tried putting it in the refrigerator, no help. I've given up and will no longer trust the Amazon seller for this product.

The gel and mouthpiece is very easy to use. I have used the gel in the past and does a fairly good job; not as good as Crest strips, however, I use the gel as a backup on a weekly basis.
