Pretty small but works as expected. It comes in a small box and lamp shade is rolled up. Lay it out flat for awhile before you put it together. Lamp shade is small. I should have rechecked measurements before ordering but it looks nice. It was easy to put together. The shade has a thin line of Velcro to hold the ends together and has small clips to attach the shade to the top and bottom of the shade. Take off the screw base right where the bulb goes into it then slide the bulb holder from the top of the center of the wire piece with the hole in it then put the screw base back on to attach it to the frame. Put your bulb in and hang then turn it on. I didn't use the two plastic pieces to hold it to the ceiling because we already had a hook in the ceiling so I'm not sure how they work. This light is VERY lightweight. It replaced a larger glass one. Not expensive but it works. ;) ... show more

Love love love this product. I purchase two of them. This product requires full assembling which only takes a few minutes. I love the clear cabling and the switch on the cable to adjust the brightness of the light. Easy to hang using 3M removable clips on the wall. Durable and comes with a nice bulb that has excellent lighting for any activity. Perfect size and attractive and versatile. I would definitely purchase more. Looks exactly as the photo does! This lamp is small, as noted by other reviewers, but suits my area fine. The picture shows it lit and the floral design looks more black and mine is black-ish, but a bit more grey. I received my lamp yesterday. it was packaged securely and all pieces came with the product. It was so easy to put together and the design on the shade is beautiful. I have a small area at my camp to light up and this will be perfect. I love the idea of being able to adjust the light brightness as we often have visitors in this area for parties and that corner was always darker. Very cute light. Its really not as big as all the pictures portray. But for me it was not an issue. The size it is turned out just the right size for the function of where i wanted to place it. For the size and material the cost was reasonable. Building it was pretty easy and there was no bent parts. So it was decent quality. Im hoping it holds up for a few years. Im guessing with proper care and cleaning it will last for a long time. Time will tell. The shade is like a plastic like fabric. With a velcro closure. It comes with a bulb and a dimmer switch. This lamp arrived quickly and was fairly easy to assemble and hang with just a hammer and a screwdriver. I wanted a hanging light by the living room couch for reading. We have a bright overhead light in the living room, but this lamp has a dimmer switch, which you can dial up or down to have a low, subtle light or more light when you are reading. I really like this feature, and the lampshade is attractive and matches our decor. The lamp comes with a sixty watt bulb, So you have everything you need to get your lamp ready to go. The cord is a decent length. I had to string it from where I plug it in up around a closet door, and once I had done this, I still had plenty of cord to string across the ceiling and hang it where I wanted it.
