Assembled wrong, but otherwise perfect

So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there. Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient.

Not refurbished just repackaged

Absolutely disgusting!!! This wawa not refurbished at all. Joysticks are worn, dead skin and sticky residue all inside the controller, back soft parts are superglued back together, and it smells like old feet. This was not refurbished at all. Not only that I was curious so I tried to test it. Major stock drift on both joysticks, r1 and l2 do not work. These are not refurbished in any way shape or form. Beware and do not buy

Expect functionality, not prettiness.It's a refurbished controller

I will be honest, the controller does have a scuff. In the touchpad, but overall, the controller's condition is really good. Mechanically, which you'd expect from a controller being refurbished and especially ones like these. But the case is also in immaculate condition. The actual usable, like attachments, are fully intact and are an immaculate condition. And it doesn't smell bad at all. It actually smells factory fresh on the inside of the case. The controller also doesn't seem to be dirty once soever and doesn't smell like anything and overall ult go to controller I would recommend to buy if you aren't worried about aesthetics, which, if you're buying this controller, you're not worried about the aesthetics.You're mostly worrying about how it works, of which, yes, it works very well

Buttons not working

The controller came with the start and screen record buttons not working. You need to spam the life out of them before they maybe register. At least all the buttons should work before they resell this for barely any discount.

Expensive but good for niche players

Obviously on the expensive side and probably doesn’t offer that much for the money to most gamers. Battery dies very, very quickly. However, it is a good controller and has lots of configuration options and swapable components that aren’t available for standard controllers. A justifiable splurge for someone who is really into gaming

Product came a little worn, a little dirty, and still had the previous owners profiles. Wasn't happy about it but would have cleaned it up and kept, if it worked properly. Some of the buttons only worked intermittently.
