Beautifully designed! The system runs super smooth and quiet in comparison to my PS3, which it should right? Star Wars Battlefront feels like you are on the set of the Star Wars films. Amazing graphics. Only wish the game had a true story line. My only complaint about the PS4, which is a Sony software problem, is that you are unable to load files onto the PS4, which I mainly wanted to utilize for some photos. I stream music 99% of the time anyways thru my sound system, so I wouldn't use it for that anyways.

Love the Darth Vader imprinted jet back PS4 and it feels like an upgrade compared to my last PS4. I understand that most people are complaining about the 500GB hard drive that comes with it and not 1TB, most games that are downloaded through the Playstaion Store are usually 60GB in size and that will fill up the 500GB really fast and that is not including the downloaded content with physical disks. I'm planning on upgrading it with a 1TB SSD soon, 2TB if it will allow me. As for the Battlefront released by EA......Completed disgrace to the Battlefront series from the 6th generation on console gaming. It fells like a huge set back from the original Battlefront. Only 4 maps, no galactic conquest, no clone wars (for now at least), and no space battles. I'll stick to Battlefront 2 on Steam. Now the 4 Star Wars downloads that come with the bundle, really loved them. I'm currently playing Bounty Hunter since it was my favorite star wars game from the PS2. I will play the other ones soon and hope that they are just as good.

The game is average at best. As I said in my review it's like trying to play a beautiful picture. That was my expectation going into it anyway. But I didn't buy it for the game. I am selling the game. I bought this for Lord Vader who is timeless and my favorite character probably in the history of fantasy and science fiction. I also bought this for the controller and plan on ordering another one when they are available to buy solo soon (within the next few weeks). I own the Destiny white edition bundle and the X-box One Halo 5 edition and both of those are fantastic. They look amazing and were the two best custom consoles ever. Until this blew both away. Which is saying something. This is every Star Wars fans dream and although the game is something some would like to forget, Vader himself is unforgettable. Sell the game and get an even better deal on this dark gem. Regardless if you keep the game or not? It's impossible to be disappointed with the console itself.

Great console and design on it! The Darth Vader on it is awesome and I really like the laser etched "Star Wars" on the console and the touch pad of the controller. The controller is also unique as it has white square, triangle, x buttons as well as the joy sticks. The D pad buttons are also red along with the circle button. The game is very fun but lacking in content. Don't expect a strong story based game. I got this bundle mostly for the Darth Vader custom console.

Honestly this review is for Battlefront itself, specifically the deluxe edition, but it does touch on all of Battlefront, and the custom Vader PS4 To summarize: It is half the game it should be for 3x the price. I'm fine with there being no single player campaign mode, that's been a thing since the very beginning with Star Wars Battlefront titles, but the fact that I have to shell out an additional $50 a year for a PSN account means that in order to actually have a playable game, the actual cost is $120 minimum. Notice I said playable. really, I'm still waiting for that point when I don't regret the purchase; where i glean some kind of fun. I'm now 13 hours in, 12.5 of those hours being multiplayer only because as I said, the single player mode is training missions. Space battles: There aren't any. Just atmospheric battles over what is basically the same map re-skinned. Think WW1 dogfighting, as it feels like it's at about that altitude as well. At first I was fine with that, but in order to grind levels (what?) as fast as possible I did match after match in ship-to-ship combat and it became sooo tedious. Ground combat: Yeah, so the physics are good, great even. The visuals and audio is impeccable. The UI is good but not great. I feel like unless you have spent every waking moment since release grinding to level you are going to have a frustrating time. Game play is strongly skewed towards powerups that take a long time to get. No matter how much time I spend, I'm constantly dead at the hands of someone that just killed me with a power up I'm 2 levels away from getting access too. Every once in a great while a truly good player comes along that consistently shuts my gob with standard equipment, but that's pretty few and far between. Overall experience: In a word; Meh. It feels like half a game. If I'd have not shelled out for PSN, it would be 1/10th of a game, so if you think the cost is 60, forget it. Some of you will probably think "well yeah, there are DLCs on the way" but in my estimation, a DLC is to give people additional content to extend the life of a complete game. This game is so very far from complete. Last, a word about the PS4 itself: If this were just a review of the PS4, it would be a 4 out of 5. The hardware has been pretty swell so far, and the vader paint job is to me at least, worth it.

For some it may be the least likely reason to get a next gen console. However I've been looking for the glossy black finish since the PS3 last had it. I was really impressed with the look of the device. Pictures do not serve the ps4 justice. Was very pleased when I inboxed the device to see the quality of the graphic. Very nicely done. And the controller impresses as well by having the same gloss to it as well as Star Wars logos on the pad. Very nicely done. Now if I could purchase a second matching controller.
