As of right now it seems like I cannot hook this machine up. Every time you turn the thing on it goes right back to the 24% load screen and then tells me to hook in a controller. As seen in the pictures it keeps going back to those screens. It keeps asking for some sort of external USB update card. I did not get a controller cord with it. Lucky I had a cord that fit the controller so I could at least plug that into it. Don't know if one comes with it but there should have been one. So as of right now I'm just so frustrated I'm just going to return the damn thing. ... show more

I liked the ps4 a lot. I'm glad that I was able to get this console. This was a console I always wanted to get so I'm very fortunate that I was able to. However, this product on here is promoted wrong. The console doesn't have 1TB of storage, instead having 500GB (around 410GB-430GB by the time you install the updates). That was disappointing to find out. I was going to get an external storage anyways, but I figured that I could have waited a bit longer. Not a bad console, I would still recommend getting this if you're wanting to play some games, and don't want to spend a crap load of money on a current generation console. ... show more

I installed it in place and it works perfectly, the company where it was refurbished left an user and some shortcuts, but I was allow to reverse to the factory settings without problems. the controller (just one) can be charged but its not the original PS4 controller. No complains for the product.
