This product says "renewed". I expected to receive a used PS3 controller with a bit of wear and tear, but this controller looks brand new. There is not a scratch or even a speck of dirt on it! It works perfectly, and it came with a USB cord. And it's an authentic Sony controller, not a knockoff.

I have tried 2 different controllers both were Chinese knockoffs and both never took a charge and the first one had its left stick stuck while the second controllers square and circle buttons didn't work! They are not "renewed" as stated and I'm asking for a full refund now...

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly, very clean and no problem with any of the buttons. Honestly a little surprised. I was expecting there to be some ware and tear or some minor issues. But I can say I’m pleasantly surprised

The controller I got is in great condition with working sixaxis and vibration. I had bought a counterfeit controller from another place that appeared to be a legit ps controller but did not have sixaxis. So happy the one I bought here works :D

Everything works great but the battery doesn't work. Have to keep it plugged into the PS3. Otherwise, this is a good product. I just hate that the battery has NO life.
