    • Helpful for Braces
Platypus Orthodontic Flossers for Braces were recommended by several of our friends whose kids have braces. Although my son and daughter do not love flossing, this floss makes it much easier while they are wearing braces. The floss is strong and doesn’t break. It works great around the brackets. They are a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience (and fewer complaints from my kids). ... show more

    • Great for kids with braces!
The dentist's assistant showed us these flossers and recommended them for my kids who have braces. My kids had used flossers in the past, but regular flossers don't work with braces. These slide up under the wires and allow my kids to floss independently and keep their teeth cleaner. I was very impressed with them, and I would highly recommend them except for the fact that they are not a great value. There are less flossers per package than the ones we used to buy, and the cost is much higher. Now I know why the dentist's office doesn't hand these out for free to the kids with braces... But they do work great! ... show more

    • These flossers are the best!
Dentist recommended these after my daughter got her braces. They work great for her! And now my wife also uses them after she got her braces recently! They both love these flossers!

    • Just what I needed
I ca finally floss my teeth in two minutes and not a half hour. It felt like they broke my wire for a second but they actually fit right in. Works very very well and makes your teeth feel squeaky clean. Would recommend

    • need these with braces! Sorry about the non-reusable plastic though.
I have tried the "needle" pull-through way to floss, which is challenging to say the least. These do the trick (with a bit of a learning curve). Yes there is plastic waste - I hate that. But I MUST floss to protect the teeth with braces, so I guess I have to use plastic. I may try Flossfish, which has mixed reviews - Slate is very spendy but who knows, maybe worth it for the years ...braces take. ... show more

    • Best floss for braces!!!
Two rounds of braces and Platypus Orthodontic Flossers for Braces are the only floss we use. My son has no problem flossing his teeth with this floss and according to his dentist he is flossing amazingly with very little plague build up, so they most be doing something right. Buying in bulk is the way to go since they are used daily and sometimes more then once. Can't beat the price when buying in bulk either ... show more
