Did lots of research on these deck boxes, and this was one of the few that came tall enough to hold my lawn chairs. It came super fast, was easy to assemble by myself in a snap! I would not call this box flimsy, but the sides do flex a bit...cant see where this is a problem. Its holding 9 folding lawn chairs...the kind w webbing and the camp style...and theres still room for smaller odds and ends.     • Does a good job protecting packages from elements

I got this because carriers were leaving packages exposed to the elements. Plus, we get some high winds here. When it gets windy the light packages become projectiles. We found one hanging in our tree about a month after it was delivered. Luckily it was in a waterproof envelope, so everything was ok. So far the box has held up well. None of the packages have gotten wet, but we do have an overhang above our porch that keeps most rain away from the box. We have had some good steady rans with wind, and the packages stayed dry. Putting it together wasn't easy. My husband actually put it together while I was working in the home office. Luckily Microsoft teams is pretty good about filtering out background noise because there were a few F-bombs that were dropped during my meeting. He managed to get it together. The only problem we had was one of the brackets was broken when it arrived. We reached out to the seller who got us a replacement pretty quickly. All in all, it was a good buy. Pro tip: a sign and snack will help you "train" your couriers to use the box. They work very hard and hardly ever have time to stop for lunch, so the snacks are appreciated. I put the snacks in the box as a reward for those that choose to use the box. During the summer I am going to put water in the box. ... show more

Only pictures for assembly, but not difficult, once I figured out I had the bottom wrongside up. Inside the box, the bottom piece should NOT be gridlines, but smooth, with light groves running along the length on the interior of the box. This will then have the screwdowns flush with the deck. (Screws for screwdowns NOT provided. ) ... show more

Very nice color and was somewhat easy to assemble by myself. No screws were provided but it did have two door attachments, even though one of them was bent outwards, but no machine screws to attach them. The delivered box was open with the delivery and anything could have spilled out. The pieces are not marked left, right, bottom sides, etc., so just sit down and take your time with it. As far as being weatherproof, I do not see how, but we will see. it is supposed to rain this weekend. ... show more

Poor customer service. Had a defective part. Would not replace. Wanted a part number. Asked where do I find a part number - never answered the question. I sent them all the information plus a copy of the assembly instructions. Won't replace the part.
