I have nice stainless steel tableware that I’ve had for over 40 years but the cost has gone up to over $40 a place setting and our family of 5 has grown to 28 with lots of kids from 3 to 16. So this year for Thanksgiving, my husband suggested we buy heavy gold plastic ware. We were very happy with the quality. Looks elegant. They are good utensils and sturdy. They aren’t as thick and sturdy as the more expensive ones, but since cost was a factor I feel like I got very good utensils for what I paid.
