I moved into a new apartment with a broken shade. Turns out, it only needed a new cord. I bought this, used an online video to guide me, and fixed it in 5 minutes flat. It's not very heavy chain, so I doubt it could withstand a lot of hard pulling, but it works fine for now.

This product was just as described. All pieces came in a zipped package. There was plenty of cord. It was all in one loop so I got to decide what length I needed. I was very pleased with this item and plan to purchase another one.

I needed a replacement for a shade that the dogs had broken the chain. Just be sure to measure your chain bead dimeter and spacing to make sure you purchase the correct replacement.
