I wish there was a wireless or blue tooth that worked as well, but THERE ARE NOT. Tried expensive ones, even if YOU HEAR WELL, your client does not. The UNI directional mic is a must, as well as being a boom mic (which goes to your mouth). These come in USB A and C. 1 ear or 2. This headset has excellent noise cancelation and very clear voice transfer properties. I would have given it 5 stars except for on issue. I use a VDI to connect to my work and I occasionally have other meeting attendees tell me my voice is garbled or cutting out. I have to unplug the USB connector from the computer and then reconnect to have my voice come across crystal clear again. ... show more

Working from home has become a norm for me during the pandemic. Call quality in several wireless headsets has been a real issue. I have a wireless plantronics headset at work, but not compatible with my home setup. The Black wire 3315 has been a great asset giving excellent call quality and handsfree capability for my home office.
