I have been dealing with planter fasciitis for over a month. I purchase these and replaced my athletic shoes insoles and so far they are working wonderful. I’m in my feet a lot. I’ve gotten to wear I wear my tennis shoes all day because they are that comfortable. I have found it’s more comfortable without socks because my shoes fit tighter with new insoles. But the relief I get from the insoles is worth it. Worth the money and will probably purchase another pair. They would not work in sandals.

I searched several different insoles for my slight Planter Flascititis and could not make up my mind since some were very expensive. I actually got tired of looking at so many different options decided to try this brand, what could I loose. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but honestly, after a small trim, I put these in my shoes and the feeling was almost instant. I’m not sure why but it really made a difference. I didn’t think I would write such a rave review but they actually work. Again, I’m not even sure what I was experiencing is Planter Flasciatis all I know is my feet would feel very tired throughout the day, even though I’m not on my feet for an unreasonable amount of time, and I would also wake up with my feel feeling tired as if I was standing all day. Wearing shoes for a few hours, I would feel that same feeling, as if I was standing for eight hours. After putting these insoles in my shoes, I could almost feel almost an instant relief. No jokes. I plan to buy a couple more to use in other shoes, I hate having to take them out and change to other shoes. Highly recommended

These insoles were easy to trim to fit my shoes. They don't require much trimming because they are pretty closely sized to the shoe when you buy them. They are thin, but solidly made and provide support all across the foot. I am happy with them.

I ordered these inserts before a big trip where I would be walking a lot. I brought these and my regular shoe inserts, and ended up using these the entire time. I appreciate how easy it was to trim them to fit into my shoes. They stay secure and have good support as well.

I overpronate badly, and all of my shoes are either stability shoes, or have corrective insoles. These are a little different than any of my other insoles. These insoles have a fairly rigid structure around the heel and arch. That is pretty common. What is different is the various padded zones. Poron is a different feel from memory foam. It compresses, but not as easily as memory foam. Memory foam bottoms out a lot easier, where poron still provides some cushion. There is a pad under the heel, and another pad under the outside part of the insole near the little toe. There is also a pad under the big toe that feels more like silicone. They claim the cushion under the heel provides comfort, and it does. The other poron insert is supposed to provide rebound, I really can't say for sure. The insoles also have a cupped heel to assist with stability. The overall feeling of this insole is a cushioned feel. If you are looking for a softer feeling insole, this is a good choice. The arch support is not as intrusive as a lot of insoles I have. It also feels cushioned. I am not absolutely sure it has quite enough stability for me, but it has at least moderate stability. All in all, they are a very nicely made and comfortable pair of insoles.
