These come in a clear, unmarked package with zero instructions or anything telling you about the product. I guess that saves on costs, but just a little something, even just a QR code, would make me feel more comfortable buying it. The inserts themselves are OK. They have a super thick arch area for that support. There is no adhesive on the bottom, so they can quickly be taken out and in to go in all your shoes. Essentially, there are good things and bad things. I would’ve given it four stars if not for the weird packaging. No product information just makes me feel like I’m buying something iffy.

I guess it's a 9 dollar insole...I am used to 50 dollar insoles, but decided to give it a go.... The arch support is pretty inelegantly placed and overall the insole is pretty comfortable, but for 9 dollars I hope it does some good... I did question myself...why buy a 9 dollar insole for 150 dollar shoes... you get what you pay but..overall, good for the money

I really wanted to like these inserts but obviously there's an issue. Besides being sized incorrectly they were overall uncomfortable in the arch. I ordered the 8.5-9 W, the insoles are marked 37-38. When I place them in my sz 9 boot there was too much space and may have fit an 8.5 shoe and smaller. I've pictured them together with my old inserts, you can see the large curve of the old insert versus the very sharp curve of the new insert. I have standard arches and these jabbed right into the center of my arch without being supportive. I felt the arch was too steep and short. Other than that they had a pretty good (not overdone) firmness overall and good cushioning in the ball of the foot and toe area which is really what I wanted. Too bad they didn't work out.
