I walk a lot! Even on purpose! 5 mile stretch last night. These “WalkHero” inserts are the best ever!! I also have ‘bouts with Plantar Faciitis, I’ve used many brands of inserts, some at more than double to triple the price of these. None have had the relief I now get from my “WalkHeros”. They appear
well made! And unlike others I’ve tried that for more than double the cost, have to be cut and trimmed for sizing! How convenient for them….ack. These walk hero’s are sized to fit and fit perfectly into my Hokas. Can also be machine washed! Wow, what else can I say?

Definitely better supports for my work boots than what they came with. Wouldn't mind a firmer heel cup, but the pain level has definitely gone down and the comfort (and support) has improved.

Helped reduce pain right away.

Insoles looked/felt sturdy with firm insole support but not as stiff as super feet and some heel cushioning but not soft like OTC stuff. I have had significant pain for over 2months. OTC schools products in every footwear, without measurable relief. I did a lot of necessary walking over 4 days right
after receiving them and pain was maintained as bearable. But...As soon as I could take it easy I had significant relief, from pain, the lowest in three months. I use them in my tennis shoes bike shoes and house (deck) shoes. The 10.5 size fits in my shoes without trimming.

The insoles were purchased for my 13 year old grandson, and so I can't speak on how comfortable they are, or how well they will wear, but they seem to be well made and are what I expected.

Gray color insoles really helped my plantar fasciitis

Last summer I had very bad heel pain, to where I could hardly take my young dog for a walk each day or do many of the activities I enjoy. I purchased what feels like at least a dozen different brands of insoles and supports to try to find some relief. Some of the insoles I purchased were inexpensive,
like these, and some much more expensive. Of all the brands I purchased Walk Hero gray insoles helped my feet the most and were most comfortable out of the box. Interestingly, as I thought the only difference would be the color, the blue ones I found much firmer than the gray color and hurt my heels and were returned. The gray ones seem slightly more padded, but still with excellent support, and are my go-to insoles. I probably have them in 5-6 pairs of shoes now and my feet have given me MUCH less trouble this year (unless I wear a pair of shoes without them for a day). I am now back to running agility with my dog and we are both much happier for it.

ey give just the right amount of support. Made a pair of meh sneakers into pleasant walking shoes. Now, these orthotics are not cushiony. If you're look for a soft step, that'll have to come from the shoe's tread itself. What these orthotics do is to conform to your instep, give you the shape you need to un-stress your arches. Not expensive, especially compared to custom orthotics. Give them a try, why not?
