Love that it comes with its own spray. Feels cool (but then again, I do keep it in the fridge), smells good (not too strong, just enough). Can't say too much for health benefits, but I use it when I have a headache and I think it helps. My headaches aren't too bad so I really can't give a definite answer.

I brought it to hope to help reduce itchiness and would have more of mint and tingling effect on skin. When I sprayed it, it didn’t really do much. It also doesn’t have that much strong sense of peppermint scent.

I love Plant Therapy products, but this peppermint spray smells very bad. Like dirty clothes soaked in water. Horrible. I don’t know if the product I received is expired or what, but I asked for a refund. However, this is the first time I have a problem like this with plant therapy and I’ve been buying for a long time

I was very pleased with this purchase. I used it in my homemade mouthwash and plan on using in shampoo for a wake-me-up in the mornings and in homemade lotions, etc. I adore Plant Therapy. I love Plant Therapy, but was disappointed when I opened the package and saw that there wasn't a spray nozzle attached to this hydrosol. All of the other ones I have ordered from the same company came with one. Other than that, the product is great.

I purchased this for summer time, being outside and needing to cool down. After working outside I spritz my face to cool down. The peppermint smell is invigorating.
