Got this for my son for a "starter" tackle box. It is all plastic on the inside and the open/close is not smooth. It might wear in, but since it is all plastic, I doubt it. Overall, it is a good started tackle box, but will definitely need to get a "good one" later on.

I have a huge "guide" tackle box that I used in Alaska but didn't want to lug around a 20lb box to go out in my jon boat.
