I've used Plak Smacker toothbrushes before and this one was on par with the other 4 packs. It has all the markings and the bristle feel is the right strength. UPDATE: I got my braces on and found that the interdental cleaner on the end is held on by a very thin piece of wire. Tried to use it and it fell off. The second toothbrush’s cleaner came off as I was removing it from the package. You’ll need to be really careful with it. I’m getting braces soon, so I thought I’d order this 4 pack of orthodontic toothbrushes! They come individually wrapped, which is nice, and there’s a little card with some tips for dental health. The bristles are soft and the head is pretty narrow, which is nice if you need to get in small spots around your brackets. The head on the end for going underneath the wires is pretty sturdy too. Anyone that has had braces or other orthodontics know that these are a must have for getting into the small spaces. The brushes have a nice feel, and these work just as expected.

I like the brushes in this set. I was concerned that the braces-tip would get in the way and be annoying , but that's not the case at all, and that tip bends to fit easily in any standard toothbrush case. The grip is comfortable with non-slip rubber pads, and the bristles are soft.

This is an ingenious idea for toothbrushes! The little brush at he end for between the teeth or for clean your orthodontic braces is so nice to have right there. I don't have braces, but I use one of these little brushes every night before I floss. So having it on the end of my toothbrush is super convenient! I will be taking one of these toothbrushes (you get 4!) on my next trip! ... show more
