I saw a 2 pack of Duracell 9v at Walmart for 8.99. That's crazy I got these for less than a dollar per battery and work great in my smoke detectors and other 9v electronics. Will be buying these from now on.

I used these in 3 smoke detectors. One started chirping (low battery warning) after 11 months, which is 1 months shy of what I was expecting to get. For the price, and because the other 2 did not chirp, this seems reasonable.
