I found this turning peel to be of very high quality. It arrived rapidly and upon unboxing I found the product well packed and intact. Within five minutes (or less) the peel was assembled easily (it was nice that the peel’s hardware even included a high quality and simple to use tool for tightening the fasteners. The turning peel was of high quality and I was able to easily use it in my 12” Ooni Fyra oven. It is very light and the finish on the peel was a nice metallic dark gray color and will protect the peel for years to come.

The media could not be loaded. This is a sturdy heat resistant pizza turner for the oven to remove pizzas. This spatula is super heavyduty with long lengthy handle to grab the pizza from the oven easily without any harm to the hands from deep end. The spatula is very well equipped with holes that will remove excess heat transfer from the pizza to the spatula. This looks great and easy to store anywhere in the corner. This helps remove pizzas easily without any risk to body parts. This is a scratch resistant spatula which do not have sharp edges. This is a good baking spatula which can be used for multipurpose uses to grab and remove food from hot ovens. Love my purchase!

The small circular shape, long handle and light weight facilitate the easy micro turning motions that allow to top of the pie to evenly cook without burning while allowing the crust bottom to remain in constant contact with the stone. The Ooni style oven requires paying attention as it cooks fast. The long handle keeps you arm hair from disappearing while you dance with your pie, as round and round she goes.
